It's a Prospectus covering business risks.

United are ofcourse more popular in many countries when they have players from there and this is true of almost every country to different degrees. From Park in Korea to United's popularity in Norway being built along with Ole. Cheech in Mexico or even Januzaj in Albania had he represented them etc..

Doesn't mean that the players are playing because of that same reason though or it is even in Manager's thoughts that much. It is just the incidental risks/benefits for the business.

Yep. If a parent said "My popularity with my kids may depend at least in part on feeding them ice cream," they wouldn't necessarily be saying anything about the children's actual diet.

He's banned. He's a bullshitter so he should expect trolls saying shit like that to him.

Sorry but that's wrong on so many levels. Think some of you guys take speculation & twitter posts far too seriously. Take a breath & go adjust ya tiara!

It means: 'We're incredibly popular in Mexico and Japan right now. If we sell either Kagawa or Hernandez that popularity might dip. Invest at your own risk.'

Kind of agree with this, but is it not the opposite too? Why should Malchians be getting that worked up about it too?

He's a twat, whatever way you look at it in my view.

I don't mind his genuine news tweets at all, but his "views" mean shit to me.
People group 'bullshitter' and 'twat' as the same thing. His rants do make him come across like a twat, but that doesn't mean he's a bullshitter.
He is. He's done it before I remember, don't make me look for previous tweets.
Adamant that Moyes was going to be sacked a few weeks before it happened. As far as I'm concerned, someone who manages to get guests like Daniel Taylor, Miguel Delaney and I believe even Ferguson (not sure about this one) on his radio show doesn't seem like a bullshitter. I believe he posts on RI too. I'm prepared to be proven wrong though. He also doesn't pretend like he's an ITK. He only passes on bits and pieces of what he hears through the interviews he conducts.

They usually are.

And yeah, but the only reason he's banned is because of his rants.

That's a fecking ridiculous thing to say. Some on here are completely out of order.

He's not a bullshitter. Regularly speaks to.people.at utd and he passes on what he hears. Instead people on here treat him in the same bracket as indykaila.

Jesus.

It's not. If he was played regularly he'd be on the level of strikers that are just below Aguero and RvP.

 Barney I like you but with these comments like this, you show that you either don't understand game or you wum too much here. So, What is it? :p

Chicharito is very good at finishing and movement in the box and other aspects of his game are not bad but not special as well. That's OK too as in his role, he is not needed to be special at other things.
Only thing which holds back Welbeck from being a lethal centre forward is his finishing. None of us underrate Chicharito but know that if service to him is cut-off, he has practically no impact on game in any form. We would still love to have him, but with players like Wilson waiting in wings and having 3 other forwards, it is best for everyone that he moves on while we hope that Van Gaal works with Welbeck on his finishing.

Just to echo this, he's normally pretty good on the BTP podcast - is clearly a United fan and regularly gets good guests associated with the club. He hates the Glazers, didn't htink Fergie was infallible and never gave Moyes the time of day. As far as I'm concerned, makes him more qualified than 99.9% of the idiots on twitter. If you're going to ban United fans who actually have some access just because they sometimes act a tw*t, you might as well ban everyone.

It's almost like we aren't interested in anybody  United better be busy when they're finished the pre season tour.

Pretty sure Malachians is banned because he was moaning that United aren't close to sign anyone according to his sources and in the next week United signed Herrera and Shaw.

PSG's Edinson Cavani faced the press on the club's Asian Tour yesterday and said the following. #PSG

Cavani: "Am I sure I will stay? I am sure I am staying, why would I not be? I am good in Paris, under contract & calm. I feel good here."

Cavani: "But, as I have already said, it does not only depend on the player. It also depends on the club & what is going on for them."

Any danger of a player incoming anytime soon? Starting to get a bit ridiculous now.

I really don't mind if we miss out on Vidal but to sign nobody is just unforgivable.

I actually agree with both sides here. It looks like Hernandez is greatly underrated on here - I blame his form last season on Moyes - it was clear that Hernandez tried to change his game to involve in the link up play more, which greatly affected his overall game. We all know where he plays best, and that's inside the box. For those that are saying that Hernandez was the most dispensable under Sir Alex, that's not true at all. In Sir Alex's last season, he quite often dropped Rooney to the midfield to start RVP and Hernandez - Sir Alex obviously rated him. If we needed a goal, I would trust Hernandez over Welbeck and even Rooney - he is the second best striker we have at the club.

Otherwise, I do agree with what everyone else said - he is the most dispensable under LVG, as we do have too many strikers, and Hernandez isn't as flexible as Welbeck. As a player, Welbeck offers much more but as a striker, I would pick Hernandez every time. I do hope that we keep him, as he is such a likable lad who always seems to give his all when he plays. In a 4-3-3 I don't think he has a future here, but in a 3-5-2, I am sure he will continue to get chances. (I would hate for Hernandez to be sold due to Cavani coming in).

Monaco in talks with Shakhtar Donetsk to sign Brazilian duo Douglas Costa and Alex Texeira for combined fee of €65m (L'Equipe)

So just buy anybody then?

Or promote midfielders/defenders from the reserves/youth, announce that that's what we're doing instead of buying and we can settle ourselves and our expectations.

Said it too many time but without recruits we have little chance of getting back in the top four.

Gazzetta dello Sport: If Vidal asks to listen to offers, United primarily, Juventus will sit down and negotiate.

Spot on.

Gazzetta are irritating now.

They backtrack one step one day, and then move one step ahead another.

No idea how GdS and others don't get tired of repeating same thing again & again. Ya it is their job but then they should be bit creative with their news on Vidal topic than repeating same thing every day :)

Great. Any tweet you post must now follow suit, due to me being at work and unable to read the original content of the tweets you post. It is frustrating.

Judging from all the reports so far, everything seems to hinge on Vidal making his desire to leave Juventus apparent to the Juve hierarchy. Just wonder what on earth is he waiting for? Christmas?
