Arturo Vidal wants to go to the Premier League after winning with Juventus 3 Scudettos and two Italian Super cups since Serie A 2011-12 calcium

Vidal's next destination shall be Manchester United.

"2011-12 calcium"

Does that mean he won "The Milk Cup" just recently aswell? Must have been used as a ringer..

There's some stupid wankers up our way that didnt cop onto his age. Maybe he was playing for some Nigerian team though..

We're not a long-ball team Suus & thats his game - even Belgium utilised him as the target man out of desperation in the WC..

Feel sorry for him, but Moyes should never have signed him. He's a causer of mayhem on the "D" of the oppositions box & dead ball situations...

He's clearly not going to be a number ten, so I don't see that as an issue.

Van Gaal may want to get rid, if so then fair enough but as it stands with no additions in midfield bar Hererra and Carrick sidelined for a while I see no sense in moving him on. Like him or not, He's the only actual holding player we have and I'd take him over Cleverley personally.

They're showing it at 7am in their Tour 14 programme. I guess they assume most people who have MUTV (it's only available in the UK, other than via illegal stream, right?) won't be up watching press concerences at 1.15am.
No. We used to have it on Viasat here in Norway and now it's on Tv2 Sumo wich is online.

He's not a holding player. He doesn't have a single semblance of one. He has no positional sense and he can't pass. He's a liability there.

Fletcher is our only holding midfielder.

Fellaini is NOT a 'actual holding player'

Eh, no he's never been able to do that. Even his acceptable performances in midfield have been with him bombing forward (albeit awkwardly and fruitlessly) and being a general nuisance.

Schneiderlin turned down a move to Arsenal over not getting a guaranteed starting spot and now wants Spurs? He'd have just as much competition there.

I think Schneiderlin would start quite comfortably at both Arsenal and Spurs, to be honest.

I wouldn't mind at all if it was us taking a punt on him.

Lets be clear - last year he was awful, but if people are getting second chances then I wouldnt be to bothered if the club didnt move him on. We're light in midfield as it is and at least he has some physical presence. Maybe Van Gaal can get something out of him and make it click that he needs to have some discipline if he's ever going to make it as an actual midfield player.

Our current options are extremely limited - with Carrick out it amounts to Cleverley, Fellaini and Fletcher to partner Herrera. Hopefully others come in, and if so then it probably makes sense to move Fellaini on, but until then we need some numbers.

Funny how this Suarez bullying Sturridge stories have come just after Suarez forced a move out of Liverpool.

He lost a header to Phillip Lahm. That is all.
