I think we only want to pay around 30-35 million. We are haggling over the fee now. I think it will be done sooner or later. The price is the key right now.All my friends in Turin say that 50million € is what Juve are waiting for.
They say if we bid this money, Agnelli will personally drive Vidal to Manchester.
They all think that if we dare to play hard, Juve will sell for less.
All 3 of them are sure of Vidal coming to United and think that its a good deal for Juve if they get the money they want.

Exactly if I bit someone at my workplace, I'd be promptly shown the door.He bit someone, for a third time. Where I come from that's known as assault and a third time would surely end up in a prison sentence. Last time I checked, prisoners weren't being allowed out early because their human right to work was being violated. Different rules for the big boys, it seems.

That does usually seem to be the way negotiations work.
I believed you last night doctor Zeus. You let me downAre you someone I can believe?
I certainly have no clue how these transfer negotiations work even though negotiating is my job.
ronaldo would say "only god knows"...but then, he must have slept during the fellaini thing...
We're haggling because we can.
The player wants an EPL move and we are the best suited. He doesn't want to go back to Germany, to France or anywhere else in Italy so despite him being world class it leaves very few rivals for his signature, if any.
We have them at the table thanks to Evra and we can hold Evra back until we sort Vidal out.
So why be seen as a club that pays "whatever". We could save ourselves £5m here, which sets a precedent for future transfers and could be the difference in not being held to ransom again and saving another £5m... again and again. It all adds up quickly, we are a business at the end of the day. You play hardball with negotiations and in 5 years time, 10 or 12 transfers on and the club has another £50m+ sitting in it's coffers.

Interesting. Always seems like dark arts to me. I'd be an absolutely terrible negotiater. Too impatient.
its overrated. today for example the job is mostly hitting F9 on the twitter thread while listening to people whining on the phone.
You should try hitting F5 instead.
TURIN - A mountain of money by Adidas, a hill of coins for Juventus. If you record the extent of future sponsorship of Adidas in Manchester, is nabobs can put on the plate, as if nothing had happened, 43 million euro for a simple midfielder. The Red Devils may, by Arturo Vidal. And they want to accelerate: they do not need to wait for the entry into force of the new contract with Adidas to give the assault on one of the most eclectic interiors and strongest in the world. That has a relationship to say the least extraordinary between appearances and goals scored (46 and 18 last season in black and white). And that has had a decisive way on almost 40% of matches played between networks and assists. Arturo Vidal scored as a striker, he fights as the best median, trotting up and down the lawn as an outsider. REVOLUTION - The revolution taking place in Manchester, with the arrival of Louis Van Gaal and the birth of a market outside the common, seen in the Juventus one of the key objectives. The agent of the Chilean Fernando Felicevich, is a skilled mediator and this is exactly the role he is playing, in contacts with the English club and Juventus. Tell of ongoing negotiations between the prosecutor and the heads of the Red Devils midfielder. Felicevich, in his almost daily telephone contact with Beppe Marotta, is seeking to create the fertile ground for the eventual displacement of the Chilean England. All makes perfect sense and I'm far from someone suggesting we just act like it's Football Manager and buy players no matter what. That said, we're up against it this summer in terms of getting in top players. I'm sure plenty of them wouldn't even consider us because of no CL football. If - and I have no idea if this is the case and am just speculating - we mess around on the fee for a very gettable player and end up losing out, it'll all have been for nothing again. We're haggling because we can.

I almost, well i don't but i almost hope someone else comes in and takes him from under our noses. It would serve us right because we never seem to learn from our mistakes.
