Been very quiet on the Rooney and Kagawa fronts this summer.

I'd actually expect one of them to leave. Problem is getting a buyer for Rooney, i guess.

Other than that Anderson ought to be a cert. Bebe, Young, Nani, Hernandez, Fellaini all possibilities.

TURIN - Like a beautiful woman, after being a bit 'faded in the dark years that followed the ascent from Serie B with Juventus coach Antonio Conte has found quell'appeal that makes a creature you want. The samples, in Turin, where there is an air of Champions and dominates in Italy, are willingly. The problem, or opportunity if you deal with the subject from the mere financial point of view, is that like every beautiful woman Mrs. Piedmont receives many enticements. And then, if the "Red Devil" long course Patrice Evra frenzy by the desire to arrive at Juventus, as opposed to the leadership of Manchester United is working to engage Arturo Vidal. Juve want to keep (almost) any cost, which is not officially on the market, and that the technical Puglia considers the embodiment of what he was on the field, as captain of Juventus. CONFIRMED TIMES - The Chronicle, chapter Evra records the presence of the agents of the back of the left foot, in London yesterday. Theoretically busy in another matter, but in practice the ear taut listening for any incoming signal from Manchester. Between Juventus and the English club now, the distance is laughable. The United pulls the price for cash in an amount as close as possible to 4 million Euros, Marotta deflates the cost of the card Evra considers fair 2 million (the French national team is still a player of 33 years with the contract expiring in 2015 ). Finding the balance point to something more than 3 million Euros, will not be an insurmountable problem. Already planed, however, the contractual obstacle. The quarterback, who passed away in Italy with Marsala and Monza, hinted that 3.5 million net per year for two seasons proposed by Juve would be willing to sign. Even in the short, so that only yesterday, by many, has reiterated a real chance to get to the successful conclusion of the case by the end of this week (probably between tomorrow and Friday). Meanwhile today, just to polish residues details entourage Evra will meet the CEO of United, Ed Woodward. Read the full article on the issue of today's TuttoSpor

This is what tutto sport says on Evra to juve and vidal to united.

Fact is, the Glazers doesnt care about the debt. As long as its manageable they wont lower it. They should, but they wont. Also. Lets say we bring in Vidal and possibly Hummels. And we cant get Young off our wage bill, we will need that extra money for the monthly running of the club.

Incorrect, financial report I read a month or so ago, can't remember the source, they lowered the debt in April/May from about £355m to somewhere around £315m and expect to be debt free in either 2017 or 2019

Kagawa's agent confirmed he's staying put and who would take Rooney? No chance. I think of all our attacking options, Hernandez (sold), Young (sold), Zaha (loan), Henriquez (loan), Bebe (sold) are going to be off, with Nani probably moving as well. RVP, Rooney, Welbeck, Wilson, Januzaj, Kagawa, Mata, Powell and Lawrence being our nine attacking options. We'll probably add a winger as well, we need a bit of pace upfront.

You do know the two of them are our most profitable players commercially right ? why do you think Rooney is at the front
of all our commercials etc and globally Kagawa too ? the first name sponsors want is Rooney and Kagawa for the Asian market, no
way they will be leaving this summer, especially Rooney

Why do Arsenal persist on Remy? He's been awful in his time in England, and with Sanchez most likely joining them they dont need yet another striker.

Excellent post.

If we let either or both go, our marketable value in the far east will go way down. Even if we bought Di Maria it wouldnt level out the profitable loss of either of the two. Besides, we signed Kagawa as a 23y old, he's barely played in a formation where he's been utilized properly. This will happen with LvG, and selling him will just be dumb. Rooney has no sale-value, atleast not one we would be comfortable with. A player of his talent should be in the £50m-range, but isnt. Wont get more than £30m, and only from Chelsea who doesnt care about money.

Rooney was definitely off last summer if Sir Alex was in charge. If Van Gaal wants him out he'll be out too. But we won't find a buyer easily at those crazy wages.

Kagawa is certainly commercially very valuable too, but i doubt that alone makes him stay either. See Ji Sung Park and he was shifted out too when Sir Alex felt.

Seriously...why on earth did Moyes get rid of Fabio.

He's not that good honestly. Okayish could have been a squad player and improve in the future but he did struggle at Cardiff too.

And he needed regular game time to improve. Guess, Rafael said it helped both of them to be away too.

True. It's just annoying as we now have to go out and buy a left back. I guess buying someone with a bit of experience would be a good idea.

I think LVG will just promote a youth player and buy Vermaelen who can help out at LB too. It makes sense as Shaw has probably been promised to be first choice and LVG usually shows faith in young talent from the academy. Likewise there could be something in the Rodriguez reports which would be bizarre IMO... he will cost north of £20m, makes no sense to invest £50m in two young quality left-backs when we still have gaping holes elsewhere.

Just buy Vermaelen who can cover LB and be done with, or some cheap LB from elsewhere.

There's no real great young left back talent on the verge though. Reece James and Tyler Blackett ? Meh.

Plus Shaw is 18 year old. How much can you rely on him alone ? Vermalen is Poor at LB and when shifted around.

Maybe Rodriguez can play at CB?

Buttner's sale - It really bugs me. Selling two left backs together is madness.

Yeah, as poor as he is, maybe we should have kept him. Not reliable for a string of games but has the odd good game in him - vs Bayern at OT.
