I think it may be more a keeper who will push Hart rather than a Hart backup. Lets see how Hart plays under pressure.

Kuipers who would have been the favorite for the final otherwise has been sent back already actually due to dutch making the Semi's ruling him out now.
Argentina vs Netherlands is most likely to go to our old friend Cuneyt Cakir from Turkey as per most permutations and performances if there are no surprises.
As for the final depending on who reaches there, Eriksson, Rizzoli and Irmatov should be the names in contention rightly or wrongly with Geiger and Haimoudi dark horses.
Doubt Proenca gets another game at all after Mexico vs Netherlands.
Webb might get 3rd place playoff as farewell gift of sorts. Dunno though but teams that have qualified don't suit him right now unless he is given the final again which is very unlikely.

Proenca wasn't bad on that game (despite what Mexico manager said). Also, he has been (together with Kuipers) the best European referee for a few years now. It would be harsh to not give him an another game. Cakir is a decent shot, he has been very good on this tournament and in general is a great referee (if we can go past Nani's incident). Irmatov shouldn't get anything, he has been absolutely horrible on this tournament regardless that he was by far the best ref on the last World Cup. Still, I guess that it'll be a lower profile referee for that game. Forgot completely for Rizzoli, he'll be in contention for all the three matches.
Webb has 0 chance of getting the final. He may get that third place game as a farewell but two finals can't get anyonw, not even Collina on his prime.
I just don't think they would sell him. He's way younger and hasnt reached his full potential yet...on the other hand he seems to be a bit of a cnut and not as commited to Juventus as Vidal seems to be. What a disaster it would be though.

Agree Proenca deserved another game probably but he cannot get the Dutch now so that limits his options and Disagree on Proenca's performance. He did miss a couple of incidents before that too and has been okayish this WC. Not among the best.
Agree on Irmatov completely though. He is ordinary referee but has now done most WC games of any referee in history joint and still has 2 WC's to go. (That's like the best referees ever territory.) Could see him looking out of his depth again in a Semi or Final if it is a tough game like Carballo.
Dunno, what it is with him and why FIFA rate him highly ? Maybe he has some controversial photos of Blatter or something.

I don't know if you remember, but Irmatov was by far the best referee on the last world cup and didn't do a single mstake despite having 4 games to officiate. He was also regarded as a ref prodege by becoming the best Asian referee when he was still on his twenties. Also, it helps that only him and Nishimura seems to be good referees from Asia, so someone has to get games from there. However, he has been absolutely awful this time and has make mistakes every game. He looks good under the pressure and doesn't let the players influence him, but just has a mistake on him that comes from nowhere.
