Luis Suarez has said he regrets his actions, wants to apologise to whole football family and insists it won't happen again.

Reports had emerged in Spain over last few days saying Suarez had to apologise before he got Barcelona move.
So, if Suarez has apologised to get Barca move, he's hung many Uruguay colleagues out to dry in process.

Of course it is, but the fact he has put that out there, speaks volumes. To me the fact he has issued the apology so soon, suggests things are progressing. If they weren't, there would be no need to make all those that have defended him look silly.
