People have read Scholes' article, and now started linking him to us.

Nothing/Bullshit rumour.

Am i the only one who doesn't find this funny? it's up to LvG if he wants him and for him to decide if its worth purchasing the guy enough that he'll be moving away from his 352, otherwise we don't know if we're even interested at this point.
Woodward may be a lawndwarf but he can't just go out and do something without the managers consent, random chimps ringing him up demanding a player due to speculation is so cringeworthy.

"It is a strategy of Manchester United to do that. At this moment, we have five No.9s and four No.10s – and we don’t have wingers to give us attacking width.

Or, I should say, we don’t have wingers of the highest level, like Ronaldo or Di Maria or somebody like that. So, I have to play in another way – and you have seen that already. I only buy when I think we need to buy – in the position that is necessary.” - LVG

Absolutely nothing on twitter today about us really.

Maybe the fear that we're done for the window could be a reality. :nervous:

Rojo came almost out of the blue, the only reason it dragged on was because of the 3rd party ownership issues. Anything could happen in the next 10 days, really. Vidal's gone quiet, which might be a good sign.

Don't be ridiculous. You're probably right.
Might not be so ridiculous.

United agree fee for Di Maria, PSG panic sell players to match our bid Di Maria choose PSG.
Jnited finally bid for Vidal and benatia. Along come Bayern and Chelsea.
Blind decides to go to Spain.
All possible.
I just have a sense we will get whoever LVG wants. It may just not be what the fans expected

These reports in the Spanish media recently claiming Di Maria is after big and unreasonable money sounds a bit like a conscious effort to paint him in a negative light, and make him appear the bad guy in the situation if he does leave Real. But which organisation in Spain would do such a thing? :wenger:

Well at least he's consistent :D

Anderson was the best young player in the world when we signed him, according to some. Carlos Quieroz quite literally spunked his own drawers when relaying his scouting report to Lord Ferg. So let's take this with a pinch of salt.

I also haven't heard anything about us signing Messi in the last few days. Also nothing about Cantona so maybe he's going to buy the club.

I know what you meant though, i'm just being a prick

United could sign Messi and the media would still have a pop.
Most of the time tweets are deceiving, but for this one you already know that the article is stupid.

Think he has a point actually. Even if we do manage to salvage this window it's still pretty clear that things have not gone according to plan. Given the importance that was placed on this window beforehand it's quite worrying that we're left trying to do this much necessary business in such a short space of time.

Regardless of who we sign I seriously hope the club takes a long hard look at how we conduct our transfer business come September.

Next year business will hopefully be done swiftly, LVG will know the sqaud inside and out and 'should' no exactly what is required.

Between us and Inter it should surely be a no brainer as long as our offers are serious. As young as he is, as long as he can show that he can look after himself, I'd bet he'd play a fair deal considering our midfield

Agreed. Are Inter even in the CL this season?
