Who have city not tried to sign? They are sick. It's like they are playing a game of Football Manager, where the player used the editor to give themselves £500M quid for transfers.... and they just use a scatter gun approach to signing anything that's got a good reputation.
They also seem to have tried to sign every single player we have been in for... and I'm wondering if they really wanted those players, or was it just to try and disrupt our own plans? Obviously United usually try to sign good players so they would fit the profile for city too, but still I wonder...

You do realise don't you that most of the players City are supposedly after are media driven....in other words the rumours are not necessarily true.

So many people have said this deal would be done by the end of the week for like 4 weeks now.
I don't really care who they sign unless its a big name/marquee player.
Its does not come as a surprise. Chelsea were the only team this year linked to him and they were favorites to sign him for a long time. I was saying at the beginning of the summer he was going to go to Chelsea.
He's been exposed as a fake, his old picture was that of Barca's press officer till a few people found that out and comfronted him. He's never produced an article that he's written when asked. There was another person, similar to him, who used the same pic doing the whole Sanchez to United as well, pretty sure it's the same guy.
Lukaku to Chelsea was easy, just a matter of time really, it was already confirmed Chelsea bid for him by his club earlier in the summer and that Chelsea was the only club in talks for him.
Also wouldn't give him to much credit for Dann to Liverpool, that's been rumoured for an age.
