What does handing in a transfer request mean? I mean with regards to implications etc. Because Rooney wouldn't do it, why does Fellaini? Genuine question
Maybe the LFP office has revolving doors & the emissaries are confused.

Manchester United have launched a sensational late move for Sami Khedira, according to Cadena COPE.
The source is the same that broke the news that Thiago would join Bayern Munich, and was also first to state that Ander Herrera would be the subject of a Manchester United bid, so there's every reason to believe they're right.
