I wanna throw that link to the mix. There is no where in the article that the journalist says Herrera doesn't want to move to us. It seems more about the financial side and if we willing to stump up the cash.

Well the top of the article does say:

I think he's well meaning. In his job, I can imagine that he does hear the odd snippet, but overall he's not really got a clue.
It's nowhere near done, if it was neither Everton or ourselves would have had him playing yesterday. Not a chance either party would risk a 23m deal for the sake of one game.
Fellaini's release clause expired 31st of July. I'm sure at that time we had other targets higher up in mind.
Also I think Moyes might have some agreement not to take advantage of existing player clauses.
There was probably some unfavourable clauses attached to the buy out fee. Possibly a 15-20% sell on clause etc.
Assuming of course that we deliberately let the clause expire. The alternative would be that we had other targets higher on our priority list and couldn't get a yes/no from them in time for us to pursue the Fellaini deal. That is an equally possible scenario.

Herrera's obviously interested in the move or he wouldn't have been left out of the starting team and not even used as a sub. Goes with what the coach said yesterday - Herrera will play, he's ok, but he needs to have a talk to Herrera.
