Apparently there was a tweet saying welcome back Cristiano and it was deleted quickly not sure if the account was hacked.

Like Moyes walking in here and selling RVP straight away. Complete bullshit and only a simpleton would take anything like that seriously.
 
I'm not going to get my hopes up but I don't understand why so many people laugh off the idea that Ronaldo might like to come back here.

He had his most successful time of his career with us and became the best player in the world here. He has lots of friends here, clearly has a lot of affection for the club, the fans adore him which we know massages that ego of his. At Madrid the dream never really kicked on, despite the talents of the team it never peaked in the way it should and now at 28 he's at a managerless club that is about to have a clear out and start yet another cycle from scratch. By the time they gel a new team together he's going to be 30+. He's got just a couple of years left on his contract and its time to make the biggest decision of his career. One that will affect the next 5-10 years and decide his legacy.
 
The main reason why it's unrealistic to me is the giant transfer fee, it's will need to fork out,

If Mata's in the shop window we better make an effort to get him. Straight swap for Rooney?

The only way it would ever happen is if he made it clear he's only coming to us.

That way we'd get him for his true value rather than an inflated auction price. If he really wanted to leave and come to us I think they'd take £60m and I think we'd pay it.
 
Why would he even want to sell Mata? makes no sense what so ever.
 
He's binning everyone to make room for Mendes clients. No conflict of interest there at all!
 
No chance Chelsea will sell Mata. I can only assume Jose is trying a power play to prove he has the full say-so over transfers or something, if this is true, but Mata won't be leaving.

Love it if he did, of course.

They must have confused him with that Ariol guy, or whatever his name is.
