Is tancredi reliable in any way? He tweets constantly about virtually every player, says a team will bid a certain amount and it will be rejected, and so on. He all retweets basically anyone who gives him a compliment. Seems like a massive attention whore to me.

Because he comes across as someone who thinks he knows every transfer dealing going on around the world and states it in a fashion that it is definitely a cold hard fact.

Generally speaking, when he starts speculating, I assume the opposite is true. In fairness, he does have some fantastic links with the big clubs in Spain and he does get a lot of good interviews. But I think he's only allowed that access because he's willing to be a mouthpiece to spread false rumours and misinformation.
He did call de Gea to United a good few months in advance. I don't pay too much attention to him though.

He just reports rumors like anyone else, so some will be right many will be wrong. A couple of years ago he was big over the course of several transfer windows for linking either Silva or Villa with us. He went so far has to twice saying that the player was already signed to a deal and transfer agreed to, one was in January or February to take affect in the summer.
Now I know that is only one example, but the point being he reports stuff that isn't true just like all the other transfer reporters.
He reports as if a transfer is certain to happen, and that he has sources inside the club which report to him. Which obviously in the end turns out to be bullshit.

Anybody who wants rid of Nani is mental. Sure he has off days but who doesn't. I think many are forgetting he is in the top 5 for goals/assists in the last 5 years in the prem.

Yep, loosing Nani for £18m or less for me would be us getting below value even if he has a year on his contract. I'd normally put him in line with Nasri when us and City were in for him for around £24m, but his poor season will have knocked off some of his price. But £12m is a very good deal for someone if it happens.
