TRANSFER LATEST
Birmingham City confirm they are open to offers for any of their first-team players as they battle financial problems. The club, lying 20th in the Championship, are looking to offload a number of players to reduce their wage bill.

Weird that they would announce that.

Jack Butland will be off somewhere. Someone is going to get a real bargain there.

Butland would've been worth a punt if we didn't have Lindegaard. No matter where he goes in the PL he won't be number one just yet.

If he is happy being backup then don't mind him over Lindergaard tbh. But i think he'd rather go at a lower level PL club for regular football.

And it will be a mess choosing between De Gea and Butland and both are young and developing.

Seems like we're taking twenty year old Mexican right winger Jurgen Damm on trial.

@mexicoworldcup: Estudiantes Tecos right winger Jurgen Damm going to be on trial at Man United, says @quintanillajc. There is also interest from Oviedo.

"Being Up MX player kept her hope Jurgen Damm to be seen by European teams, and it was sent for the current Premier League leaders, Manchester United ... has traveled today toward Europe, where it will be tested with the Red Devils .... the group representing midfielder is the same as closing the recruitment of "Chicharito" with Manchester United, and also has the likes of Carlos Vela and Hector Moreno in the old Continent. "

Signing young players has become common in the club who runs Alex Ferguson, who have signed the Chilean and Angelo Henriquez and Italian Federico Macheda, then give them minutes with their inferior equipment or lend to other European clubs.

Btw he has German ancestry so won't need a work permit.

Apparently he doesn't have much top flight minutes and is 20. Weird one.

That makes it sound like we're renting a bike from Halfords.

He is very tricky. I remember him impressing me when he played us. Was very raw but trying to get the ball of him required 3 players surrounding him at times.

You mean more inferior than Phelan ?

A fake Cantona account tweeted about Zaha signing and then deleted it, Zaha now follows the account :wenger:

@MattLindsayET: Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson at Celtic v Dundee United at Parkhead tonight. #transferwindow

AVB also there. Both looking at Wanyama I guess.

Or he's just catching a match and not actually looking at anyone in particular.

That would be weird, considering there are other games going around of teams which we'll face and he is not particularly a Celtic fan.

He is most likely there because he's attending the funeral of Sean Fallon (ex Celtic player), which is tomorrow.

No reason why he can't do both tbh.

Fergie probably can't watch any high level match without the thought of whether there is a possible player for United on view.
But a very different thing to take in match while you were in the area , and specifically going to a match to watch a specific player.
