Word on the tweet is that RVP is in altrincham

Last year some of my family members met Nasri at Manchester Airport when speculation was rife he was about to join United, and look where he ended up.

Mike Phelan will take charge of the team in Oslo, with Sir Alex on "other club business". SAF to join in Gothenburg.

Selling Nani to Real Madrid for £32m, then buying Lucas for £29m, selling Ferdinand to Spurs for £4m, buying Baines for £12m, selling Rooney to PSG for £33m, buying Lewandowski for £14m and van Persie for £17m, selling Hernandez to Sunderland for £7.8m, buying Sahin for £11.4m.

Spoiler tags please :)

Seriously though what official club business could Ferguson be on to prevent him being at yhe match? Even transfers are normally negotiated by Gill etc unless they want Fergie to try and convince a target

The only other reason is maybe they are giving Phelan practice for life after Fergie :nervous:

Clearly Fergie is meeting with Moura's family and Van Persie. He realized sending Gary Neville is not enough.

The club will show that Phelan actually have tasks and skills. This due to critical questions from some of the supporters

When I think of it perhaps we're putting Phelan on the market. If we beat Valerenga, say 3-0 after a convincing performance, we might be able to receive a £6.4m compensation fee for releasing Phelan to a Premier League club.

Maybe the penny has finally dropped that leaving transfers to David Gill is DEATH. :)

I've wanted Fergie to take a more active part in our summer transfer activity for the last couple of years. His input could make all the difference.

it would be madness to sell Rooney for a player two years older with a bad injury record.

Then we'll sell Valencia to Bayern for £18m and move Young from the bench to the right wing and sign Cavani for £26.4m. Better?

Earlier:Ferguson reported absent from tour due to "club business." Now: his media mouthpiece Bob Cass says Lucas Moura set for #MUFC medical

@TuftyMUFC
Mail on Sunday also say that #mufc will sign Dortmunds Robert Louandowski in the summer of 2013 after agreeing a £12 million deal.

RvP, Rooney, Lewan, Welbeck and Hernandez next season. Should be fun

So next season, we could have Lewandowski, Chicharito, Welbeck, Rooney, and RVP?

@MiguelDelaney: To ride on the Mail's coattails, Lucas to
Manchester United a 'done deal' alright.
