Turns out we're a bit crap, anyone?

I hope the OP learned not to create threads like this. Not because of some jinx, but because I hope he realized how dumb it is to believe in an awful team.

Congratulations Roland on the jinxiest thread of the year so far.

Only race we are in with a shout is the one trying not to make top 4.

Anyone who seriously thought we were in a title race or were anywhere near good enough to mount a title race was deluded.

Tbh this is about our level atm. The Arsenal game was a bit of a fluke I thought anyway.

These older players should not be playing ahead of Varela and CBJ. For any team to function these day your fullback have to offer more than just panicky moments, that Darmian and Rojo can't.

If we as fans don't believe then how do we expect the players to?

Yeah keep believing mate.
And while you're at it, I suggest you believe in the following 2 myths as well:

1. Tooth Fairy
2. Santa Clause.

I've come to the conclusion we are the new game raising cnuts.

Always fine against big teams but can't handle the lower teams

If it helps, I never manage to beat West Brom on football manager.

After one of the worst seasons in the club history we manage to win 2 games in a row and you get people making a thread saying we are going to win the title, because hey city and arsenal have lost some games and it has been done in the history of football to overcome 10 points or more and we have an 18 year old academy player that scored 4 goals in 2 games. This is the sort of thing that makes me cringe, worst thing they actually believe it and go on criticizing the people that try to talk some sense into them.

It is unjustified positivity and I hate it, I can't stand it, the reason why because I know games like today are waiting around the corner and they slap you in the face if people start getting hope again. United is still shite, we haven't turned a corner and the last couple of games and sparkle that Rashford brought is just covering up the absolute shitestate this club is in. People should be realistic and as long as that goon of a LVG is the manager there is no reason for any positivity whatsoever, also not applauding him for giving young players a chance, he is a fraud and he should get the sack and that is the only thing we should focusing on.

:lol::lol:

We are not "a bit crap". Being "a bit" of something implies you are only partially what is being described.

It's all Roland's fault.

...that's the LVG apologist's excuse for this week sorted now...

This is a classic scouse like thread when just because other teams are in bad form, some assume that our team would suddenly go on a winning run ,to become a contender for any race, for no other reason that people want it so.
