Might be impeachable but such a lot of Trump’s behaviour is of an “illegal” nature yet sod all is ever done. Sadly it’s become the norm and we get outrage for an hour or two and then it’s forgotten and we move to his next transgression. Soon it’ll just become the accepted norm for presidential behaviour and will barely be mentioned.

Sources recently said that Mueller is nowhere near finished and it was expected to roll for another year or two at a minimum.
If this is true and is legit, I think we will see a Mueller Report rather than the Mueller Report. Probably the obstruction charge.

Congress can subpoena it. They can do what they like.
Saw some speculation like this because this is already highly obvious and out in the open. Provides the basis for a recommendation of impeachment that Congress can (in theory) act on and then the investigations into the conspiracy side of things can continue separately.
I’ve been saying for a long long time that I think Mueller will bring the obstruction charge to trigger impeachment (because there’s already precedent that obstruction = impeachment) and bring the serious charges when Trump is a private citizen and can’t go running to his SCOTUS picks.
Yesterday I read somewhere that Mueller asked (Jan) for a 6 months extension to the Grand Jury. That was the most he could request. But he could have requested less if he had wanted. In other words if he felt that the investigation was close to completion then he could just have requested say 2 or 3 months, but he didn’t, he requested the maximum 6 months. Makes me think he may need this extra time.
Why has this happened, anyone know?

So he was sentenced in December 2018 and is actually going to prison in May 2019. Can everyone in the USA choose when they go to prison or does he have a special status?
Ironically Stone, who was a Nixon acolyte, is a huge believer in the assassination plot and has written books about it.
