Cohen testimony was immediately postponed as soon as they were given to Mueller. Cohen didn't post pone nor did Congress. Adam Schiff seems to be alluding that Mueller asked for it to be delayed.

Could need Cohen to give testimony in the grand jury based on new evidence seen in the transcripts. That's just one reason, could also need him to keep quiet about certain things while Mueller gets his ducks in a row to hand out more indictments
Trump is feeling harassed and has been since 2016. To an extent he will feel victimised too. I do believe that’s genuine on his part. Unfortunately he uses Twitter to rile people up and a flood then comes back to him. Maybe wise for him to consider not posting on Twitter.
