Well if he doesn’t qualify then how can he appoint him?
So “doesn’t qualify under the law” means zilch. No wonder he ignores the law. (Pointless having a law if you can just ignore it when you want to).Same as with Ivanka I guess?
That’s so weird. As I opened this thread that is Exactly what I was thinking.Thank God we don't have the presidential system in the UK. It's fecked. One corrupt president and things go off the rails.

Couldn't have picked a better picture myself
“I know they’ll say this is nepotism, but the truth is, she’s a very, very — you’re not allowed to use the word 'beautiful' anymore when you talk about women, no-no, you’re not allowed, it’s politically incorrect.”

Simple, the GOP have become the Trump party. Graham is more concerned about keeping favour with Trump than he is about his country. Because Trump can now make or break a GOP senator's election chances. That really is it.So what happened to "Hell to pay"
Kellyanne's husband wrote another piece, their marriage must be so weird. It's almost like it's some kind of setup to simply troll the American people or something.
I must be tripping or that's Wilson Fisk from Daredevil.
This is serious. Trump could use a technicality to absolve himself, a technicality he's responsible for. This is incredible.
He's already acting AG.Fecking hell. Collapse of rule of law there it sounds like if what people say is true. Other things like death penalties requests could be dismissed.
Is this a genius move or a totally accidental blunder-bonus??
I have to believe that there is no way this will actually be allowed to pass.

Think one of our resident Yanks can answer that. Think Mueller's charges then go under the perview of the Congress. But the Congress doesn't open until January. There are strong rumours Stone and Don Jr are days/weeks away from charges. Those will need Whitaker's signature. What's the AG's involvement if the House appointed Mueller directly, would that sidestep this potential landmine?
There seems to be nothing the legislature can do. Appointments are strictly the executives prerogative. With even Fox saying it's unconstitutional, where does it go from here though?
He's Wilson Fisk for sure.
It gets even more confusing because he's also Steven ten Have. Back in the day we had a moronic management professor trying to take all power and become CEO of Ajax, despite having no background in football whatsoever. The professor was called Steven ten Have, and he tried to feck over Johan Cruijff who wasn't having it at all and retaliated by triggering the so called Cruijffian revolution. This completely restructured Ajax in 2010 and put guys like Edwin van der Sar and Overmars in charge instead of the typical management morons desperate for the limelight. Anyway here we have him together with Edgar Davids, who was also very eager to betray Cruijff for a bit of personal gain.

No way they get away with this. Surely.
