Trump/Russia/SDNY investigation

Can you imagine getting Trump's own personal lawyer to talk. If there's one guy who knows where the bodies are buried it's him.

This apparently happened by the US Attorney in NY. Which means Cohen can't be pardoned. LOL
There’s my answer

US Attorney for Southern District of NY =/= NY State Attorney.

This is a Federal investigation, hence the involvement of the FBI. For reference, Southern District of NY is the US Attorney's office where Preet Bharara, Michael Garcia (FIFA) and even Jim Comey served as US Attorneys.

Oh drat.

I'm actually in awe of what is happening. Could it be that Stormy is Trump's Monica.

Mueller and Avenatti should get put on Mount Rushmore if this does it.

With all the shite that's been done, imagine it's a pornstar that bring him down?

Holy crap.....CNN reporting that Mueller has in his possession private communications between Cohen and Trump.

I’d be interested to know what use they are to him.

I’m as good as certain they are completely inadmissible in court but could they use them as an informal way of confirming suspicions or guiding direction? Surely not as they’d need other evidence to bring to Rosenstein to justify a new strain of investigation?

Or even later on down the road in court it could be argued that the investigation was built on privileged conversations?

I think he passed them on to the NY attorneys.

Aye but either way it’s Communications that definitely fall under client-attorney privilege so they’re going to have to tread very carefully.

Btw anyone watching this live? Twitter is lit making out that Trump is deranged and might actually try to fire Mueller this week.

BwaaahaAaa! What a dumbass! He's just outright admitted he would have obstructed justice to keep control of the investigation if he knew Sessions was going to recuse himself.

So how does he get rid of Mueller again (pretty obvious it's coming soon)?

Dare to dream.

Damn! And that's on Fox. Feck knows what's happened recently but Judge Nap has gone from top conspiracy theory wum to a real sense talking bad assed commentator/lawyer/judge type. I bet he is getting mad hate on Twitter for essentially just saying the truth.
