Transfer Tweets - Summer 2017 | Keep it on topic

Every page in here reads the same of late. Stop wetting your knickers and get some fresh air people - newspapers have to sell stories which is why Utd are linked to anything with a pulse.

We will sign some good players and be even stronger next season.

Absolutely right.

And then he slowly started to lose it. Stopped trying to take on players as much and seemed nervous to play his usual game. It started during LVG's reign.

he didnt? he had a couple of quiet months (not surprising for a youngster) before he started scoring again (FA Cup Semi, leiecester game, game against WHU etc.)

Why are Bayern possibly getting rid of Sanches after just one season?

He was fine until Ancelotti was not as interested in him as Pep was in the previous year.
Different playing styles and Ribery and Robben being fit most of the season unlike last year. Douglas Costa is a pure winger and Ancelotti doesn't play with real wingers, he uses the FBs for that instead. Also the fact that Costa is a limited player and absolutely not even close to being in the same league as Robbery. So he didn't play much and now wants to leave. Bayern have seen he's not good enough to replace Robben or Ribery so they don't have a problem selling

As for Salah to liverpool, i'm assuming Klopp will rotate him with Coutinho, Mane, Firmino and Lallana. Fully expect them to sign a CF now

PS: is there a thread were we can discuss these things instead of here? Should i make one?

Errr no it doesn't. First up what you're referring to is "Saala" not Salah. And secondly Saala means brother in law.
So when you say Saala Harami - it implies you're saying to the other person that you're married to his sister and that he is a also a bastard (harami).

Damn, i don't have anything to do.

Surprised some wouldn't want Costa and Sanches for just €75m/£65m. Sanches still has great potential and is worth a punt imo and Costa is still a talented player, just not getting chances ahead of Ribery and Robben who are still performing at a ridiculous level for their age. Costa is a player I could see being seen as a great Jose deal if it were to happen. As for Sanches, if he isn't ready yet we have other options for cm so there won't be that much pressure on him and he can be rotated. We definitely need at least one more cm anyway (doesn't necessarily have to be a 1st choice option, I'd be pretty happy to keep Ander and Pogba as the 2 cms with a cam brought in)

I'm convinced it has to do with his ex-girlfriend/fiance/whatever. When he came here from France there were articles about them grocery shopping and how she and his son kept his mind on football and his attitude good. Then he cheated on her and since then it's been all downhill for him. She's essentially been extorting him since he cheated and his family life (which was what kept him settled originally) is now a disaster. I don't know if it's me just playing too much the psychologist but I honestly think his issues are mental and I think that has at least something to do with it.

Completely agree with this.

Lol 'Sala Harami' does not imply that you're telling the person that you're married to his sister. You've taken a very literal meaning of the two words together.

Luciano Spalletti will reportedly look to keep Perisic, loan out Gabigol & track Bernardeschi & Berardi.

"According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Perisic “likes” the idea of joining Manchester United, but Spalletti “wants to keep him at all costs”."

Well of course he'll like the idea of joining United. I'd also like the idea of canoodling Jennifer Lawrence.

Without the bias, he will be a very solid acquisition for Liverpool. Bearing in mind that they have Europe in their schedule and they play a very high tempo every game, rotation of quality players should be the least of their problems.

Yeah, that's what i meant with the rotation. Having Salah as an option and competition will be a plus, but I do agree with the other poster. It doesn't particularly worry me, because there is no guarantee he'll push out any of the front 4 (Coutinho, Firmino, Mane, Lallana)
