Smalling is still a very good defender which any team in the league would take eaisily even man city or chelsea. He makes mistakes against big sides but does dominate 16 teams in the league.

Griezmann started out his career at Real Socidad as a winger, in his last season there (2013/14) before he moved to Atletico Madrid he scored 16 goals and made 3 assists. He can certainly play on the wing and Interchange with Mkhi at CAM.
