Training kit numbers used to be completely random, however, in the last few seasons a player will always wear his own squad number.

Matic wears #21 for Chelsea and that number is occupied by Herrera, so #31 is probably the next best thing.

The new club record £52.7 million signing Alexandre Lacazette scored on his first start at the Emirates and Arsenal still retained the Emirates Cup despite Sevilla being the only team in the competition to win both their games. The former Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City midfielder Steven N’Zonzi scored a fine winner after Joaquin Correa had first given his side the lead.

A rule which counted goals scored among the overall points tally meant that the home team just edged the competition. Both clubs finished with a cumulative points and goals total of nine, and were tied on goal difference, but the fact that six of Arsenal’s points came from goals scored meant that, under the Emirates rules, they retained their stadium and shirt sponsor’s competition title.

 Okay

Jose using fellaini very good and under him , fellaini is playing solid. He does not mind to be back up player so i am glad that he stays.

Good. Yes he can make mistakes but when he is utilised correctly (not as a defensive midfielder) he can be a handful. Was my MotM in the Europa League final.

EDIT: Quoted wrong post, fixed now.

Teams get 3 points for a win plus a point for every goal scored in the Emirates Cup. Arsenal won one match and scored 6 therefore had 9 points. Sevilla won two matches and scored 3 goals therefore had 9 points. Both teams had equal goal difference but Arsenal had scored more winning the tiebreaker and the illustrious title.

 thats beyond stupid

I wouldn't completely rule out Mourinho making a late August bid.

According to the Jose Mourinho book by Rob Beasley, Mourinho loves Ozil and see's him as the perfect player for the dressing room (dunno why, but then Jose knows more than me)

How would he fit Ozil in the team? Seriously doubt he'd play him on the wing and the midfield is pretty packed now

I wouldn't put money on it, I just wouldn't be surprised.

He could put him out wide for sure, or behind the striker depending on formation

This is the dumbest shit I've ever heard.
