Jesus Mary and Joseph thats so unbelievably cringeworthy.

Think im going to throw up

Those new player release videos weren't so bad at the start when it seemed like it was a bit of fun but now knowing just how much effort and thought goes into them makes it a whole lot more cringing.

Funniest thing! Just casually hanging out in the store room staring at a wall

I think I'm the only one that loves these. Yes they are bad, but it's just a bit of fun anyway so who cares.
I think they're a bit of a laugh. Cringey as feck but they're having a bit of fun with them. It's really more for kids, so I think it's a harmless bit of fun.

These player announcements are a bit lame. Here's a better idea:

Set in a near-future dystopian crime-ridden world, an establishing shot shows a stadium full of rioting outside. Numerous cars are on fire, as is the club shop. A statue of former player/manager is being torn down in a similar fashion to the way all those statues of Saddam Hussein or Stalin were. Cut to the board room where a very antsy chief exec is in correspondence with the manager about how to calm the situation. It develops into a quick-talking West Wing dialogue where they they argue how there's no solution and that this is the end of [INSERT CLUB], and perhaps even the world as we know it. Suddenly, a phone rings and a mysterious voice on the other line tells them he has a solution. Cut again to outside where a black apache helicopter descends upon the hostile crowd, eventually hovering about 20 feet off the ground. They begin throwing all manner of objects at it but suddenly the doors open to the sight of a lone football. After a few minutes of shots of angry and confused dissenters, [INSERT PLAYER] appears putting on a pair of shades and telling them to 'STOP!'. The crowd instantly calms and [INSERT PLAYER] descends from the helicopter to a sea of beaming smiles and *hugs*. A man with a colloquial accent says that he thinks people should start cleaning up; others agree. It ends with [INSERT PLAYER] walking through the adorning crowd like Darius Vassell did in Turkey that one time with a witty hashtag on screen.

No idea why anyone would want to give up the chill and good times of Monaco for the car crash that is modern Paris, especially when the club are doing so well, but to each their own.
€€€€

PSG have much more to spend, although they'd refuse to sell if you're any good.
