Yeah, but he's VERY biased towards them. He's supposedly close to Abramovich so I wouldn't be surprised if he's printing this to show Chelsea fans and their manager that they tried, but big mean Manchester paid his agent more (ironic considering the Hazard situation).

Yeh I just read the article. It's strange. Why couldn't he be joining us for football reasons as well. Makes us sound like we are some chump side with lots of coin.
