Not a tweet sorry but related to the previous tweet

Manchester United are ready to have a big summer ahead as Mourinho is looking to improve his team. Last summer, United had signed Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Eric Bailly, Paul Pogba and Mkhitaryan. As Manchester United are set to compete in Champions league football next season, Mourinho wants to improve the quality of his roster. One name who has been on many big EPL clubs wish-list is Roma's Radja Nainggolan. Here is what he had to say on his future in an interview with Sky Sports:

"Manchester United's interest in me? I don't want to say anything on the matter. I don't want to say if it is true or not. I am not focused on my future at this moment in time, I am on my vacations. I want to relax a bit after a hard fought season".

Nainggolan has been one of the best midfielders in Italy over the past few seasons as he has attracted the interest of many big clubs....

You think, how so?

Well i read recently he has been playing quite far forwards. So in pogbas role.

I think any player we sign for cm should be more defensive minded. Not sure who but from what i understand this chap isn't that.

You make the sacrifice for a player like Naingolan. Him and Pogba combined would destroy teams!

Nainggolan is class, complete midfielder. Can pass, shoot, tackle and is ridiculously strong.

There's no chance Dortmund value him at 90m and no chance Barca wouldn't pay that if they were quoted it. Too good to be true.

€90m for Ousmane Dembele is a disgustingly low price.
ammm... ok

If you've actually watched him as you claim to have, you'd know he's a perfect fit for a Mourinho team. As in, literally perfect. You couldn't find a midfielder more suited to Mourinho.

I said it a while back; if we sign Nainggolan and Fabinho, that's our midfield sorted for years.

He's played a box to box role for most of his career though hasn't he? He only moved further forward this season. He's pretty good defensively too from what I've seen. Closet player to Vidal around.
If Nainggolan comes to the PL, I can't see it being to us. Maybe Chelsea?
Kante already plays in what would be his position, so I doubt it. In a midfield two, he'd be the more advanced so he wouldn't replace Matic.

:boring: It's getting boring now hearing "don't want" every time we're rumoured to be interested in a good player.

I know what you mean, we have been linked with some mediocre players to be fair and some of the good players personally just dont fit right for me in our side, but lets face it most of them would improve us. I just want us to get THE right players, dont have to be big names.

What I find weird is people saying that is a great price for some of these players like Djik, Dembele and even Mbappe. I know the transfer market has gone totally bonkers and I know the "who cares about the price" argument. But the fee would be a world record for a defender, a world record for a winger and a world record full stop. Lets get things in perspective, one of them is a good defender that isnt even world class for me, one is a player with great potential who still has a long way to go and the other one has had one great season yet we are rumouring £260m for the three of them, ludicrous, should be virtually half that , especially the first two, even in todays market.

If we manage to sign Nainggolan. Then we are taking a step forward in creating one of the best midfields in the world that is at the level of real madrid midfield. It would be a huge signing for us.

I dont want Nainggolan if there's a chance we might get him. I only want players who arent available.

White text etc.

This is what happens when the players we are after don't get done with early. It allows the press to continue to create more and more stories saying players "snub" United and gets the already impatient fans even more disappointed. If I was Woodward I'd at least attempt to have one transfer each summer done with super early to prevent this sort of reaction. Honestly it's early in the window and I get that there's plenty of time left but the narrative of us "failing" to sign players is just annoying.

No one really pays attention to the Mirror, Mail, Sun etc back pages. Today's news, tomorrow's fish & chip paper.

Just a suggestion, but perhaps our real targets are none of the ones we've been linked to, maybe with the exception of Griezman.

It could just be that United are very confident of signing certain players and the deals have already been worked upon up to a point.

Also, which of these players who have supposedly snubbed us have actually signed for anyone else yet?

Have been thinking exactly the same thing myself.

Barcelona are interested in Dembele, but BVB's demand for €90m has cause them to back out. Deulofeu remains a priority.

Think we should bite their hands off for that price. He has every bit as much potential as M'bappe.

Totally. He is exactly what we miss. Someone exploding in the final third, beating players and either scoring himself or assisting for a tap in. We should be all over him. He's better than Willian and Costa IMO.

I dont understand why we have not signed anyone yet. Last summer we signed one player by this time and our other targets were very clear are coming even though Europe championship was still on. Other thing is it would be great that the important signings are available this time next month to be on the plane to the USA tour.

snub is about to be synonymous with manchester united let these writers tell it

I'd love Nainggolan, be interesting how he would fair in an English club, as he's nutter off the pitch. Drinks like and animal and smokes. Not sure if anyone would put up with that here?

Feck off Barca. Dembele would be a steal at that price. Naingollan would be an amazing signing, but I don't think we'll buy him.

Prices being quoted for Lukaku are crazy. At those prices, I will pay Chelsea to take him instead.
