People aren't stupid. Even if Navas played a part in the collapse, it's because Madrid tried to force him out at the last minute with seemingly very little regard for him or his desire. One big circus with Perez the ringleader.

Because it's obvious the press are going to make a meal of the fee paid for a 19yo and the pressure on him is going to be intense
I hope he has a strong character , he has all the attibutes to become a top player and the type of player we need - question is , is it too soon, and can he handle it

You confusing me with someone else.

I've said in the last day or so if we get Martial and another forward player, I'd be delighted. Otherwise if it's just Martial, we'd be leaving ourselves short especially with our injury record.
 
Surely even if Madrid do get slapped with a transfer ban they'll just do what Barca did, appeal it, sign everyone they need then let the trasnfer ban finally come into effect the following summer. It's stupid but not unprecedented.

Yep, can imagine DDG signing and going on loan til they can bring him in officially, i dont see any way DDG will stay beyond his contract with United, the way the last couple of months have gone means its not workable.
