Well, he's been tweeting about Benzema to Arsenal for weeks now.
I just don't see why we wouldn't be front of the queue if he was for sale.

Agreed, their only strikers are Ronaldo, Benzema and Jese. Unless they have a replacement lined up (Aguero?) they're just not going to sell.
Real have no strikers if they let Benzema go especially since Ronnie and FSW dont seem to get along already.Almost done seems too optimistic but I think that could be real.I wonder who would come in his place

Tbf, Benzema would probably pick Arsenal over us. There's an obvious French connection, plus he seems like the kind of guy who would value living in London. Also, they're probably likely to do better than us this season.

That is a serious matchday squad. Defence is still weak but bloody hell that attack is the best thing outside Real or Barcelona.
I'm getting worried about these Benzema rumours. Even if the agent is saying no, Arsenal are clearly interested and who knows. We need to start signing the players we need sharpish

But I'm not convinced Real will sell. They're already short on central options. You've got Ronaldo, Benzema and Jese who can play there with some kind of natural presence. Bale could probably do a job but he's already got the wait of Madrid on his shoulders. Unless they have someone decent lined up, it strikes me as bizarre. The Di Maria and Ozil sales could be justified given the new players brought/competition in that area/change in system.

Absolutely no chance Ozil sits on the bench. He'd get picked over either Walcott or Ramsey.
