Not sure where you get that from. He's not said that United have SHOWN interest in the player, just that they are interested. I'm pretty sure every club going is interested in Sterling.

1) We offer an insane amount of money;
2) He states he won't join any other clubs; and
3) His conduct at Liverpool nosedives to the point that he becomes toxic.
