Pretty sure we actually used mendes to get the bebe deal fone, not the other way round. Look at when mendes became his agent.
"Alex, it's David....yeah, I'm getting some resistance on the Bebe deal....I know....Recently homeless player, barely turned pro and has just transferred to a Portuguese First Division Club for a tiny fee. This sounds like a job for the best agent in the world. But wait, by some coincidence he seems to have bought a stake in the player not long before we decided to buy him. What. Are. The. Chances? Alex......you still there?"

The Dippers are so daffy they'd probably forgive Beneath-us if he did swoop for Sterling.

Talk about putting cat amongst the pigeons.

Gonna be a looooong summer

Edit. How do you post tweets here from the mobile twitter app? I can't get the url on the mobile app

He's Mouron
I know Mendes is a powerful man and all, but can he truly have the ability to force us into a deal this ridiculous? Seems farfetched.[/QUOTE

He's mourinho's agent so yes. When mourinho's wants a deal done he calls mendes rather than players' actual agent (he gets involved later) to get deals done, just the way it works. Sure mourinho's owes mendes plenty. Still surprised if it's permanent tho.

Mirror: Arsenal preparing £25m bid for Kondogbia.

The article doesn't mention any sources, but it's quite obvious that it's based on the Sky Italia info from earlier today.

Inter are scouring the bargain basement again? Those Milan teams barely offer more than 10 mil for anyone.

Is it correct to assume Falcao was on 300,000 per week, RVP on 200,000 and Nani on 150,000? That's like 33,800,000 in total.
Don't forget to add the 100k we are probably paying De Gea... and the 250k for Di Maria.
We are gonna be rich.

Not sure Falcao is as high as that maybe £260 k, RVP though was reported to be on £220 K plus some sort crazy £10 million loyalty bonus so he'd be great to shift, if Nani's on that much someone needs sacking.

Di Maria is on something just below 150k per week.

edit: 130k per week.

Moyes? Yes, Nani is reportedly on that much. Figures reported by the media are not 100% accurate but they are right give or take a few thousands from change of money we spend on salaries of players in our financial reports from one period to the period when the change happens.

Even Ashley Young is on similar financial package as Nani. Mata is paid even less than both of them. Our wage structure is really fecked up.

Probably closer to 600k combined. Add in the 70k wages for de Gea and over 100k for Evans and Hernandez combined if both leave (and the money that Cleverley's on off the wage bill) and its probably around 850k.

That doesn't makes sense. If he has a £10m loyalty bonus then we have to pay him that if we get rid!

We didn't have any use for Nani when we had Di Maria, Mata, Young, Januzaj as players considered to be playing as wide forwards. Now we added Memphis to the team which will most definitely start more than half of our games unless he's a disaster. Nani has become such an expensive mistake and he's still got 3 years left.

We loaned him out to Sporting while paying all his wages. That in itself is a disaster.

Unless if his stint down there attracts a serious suitor.

Wanted to see Falcao have a good season next season, but if he joins Chelsea feck that

Don't worry, he will flop because he's not very good.

In a way I'd like to see Falcao turning back to his best again just to be able to say I told you so to all his critics on the other hand if he turns back to his best for Chelsea they will walk the league even harder next year. I'am sorry Radamel, I loved you as a player for Porto and Atlético but for godsake I hope you'll be as bad for Chelsea as you were for us ! :nervous:

I'm not sure but I think its paid over the duration of his contract, so £7.5 m paid, £2.5 m to go. Taking that into account we are unlikely to get a transfer fee of any size if he does go, we may even have to pay him off.
