According to this morning’s edition of L’Équipe, PSG are growing increasingly confident about closing a deal for Angel di Maria in the coming days.

PSG’s plan is to have the player on their US tour on the 26th July. The newspaper expects negotiations to accelerate in the coming hours and days, with a conclusion possible by the weekend.

Angel di Maria is alleged to have now agreed a 5 year contract with the Ligue 1 Champions and PSG must now find a fee agreement with Manchester United.

And that's why extra 5m from Real are just lazy journalism as he wants to leave anyway, they don't need to persuade him.
 
Anyone on earth who thinks replacing Di Maria with Gaitan is a good idea needs to be put into a mental hospital.

I wish a new caf rule would censor anything Gaitan related.

Purely academic given that its more important that we move on his massive wages. If the fee is less than 10 mil (which it should be given various criteria like age, wages, length of contract remaining) then I can't see too vast a gap in terms of valuation.

Good loan deal for Valencia going by his talent level. Was among the best players at the U-20 World Cup, and still just 19 years of age.

They don't even play the same position, unless Benitez intends to move Ronaldo up top.
 
I think Valencia are the perfect level for Valdes at the moment. He'll do very well there.

Could this mean Diego Alves is moving on?

Could make you genuine title contenders. Still think you need a CB and a CDM, though, counting on Coq seems like vintage Wenger naiveness.
