Sky and the Guardian are reporting the opposite.
Surely BS, only media outlet reporting that we aren't after Scneiderlin.
And what does Mr. Herbert know that all the other journos that are reporting that we're still interested don't?
There aren't even any quotes or even a "Sources close to United say...", it's just Herbert running with the assumption that as we signed Schweinsteiger, we won't bother pursuing Schneiderlin. May turn out to be correct, but it goes against what literally everyone else is saying. (Though as Darmian and Schweini have shown, British journos are all massively out of the loop)
Has not anyone read the Independent article. It's more about our German signing than Schneiderlin.

Terrible journalism. Orr has just exactly copy-pasted Ladyman's paragraph about MS from his BS article, and then puffed out the rest of the piece with BS talk. So they have 2 pieces saying the exact same thing but with different headlines to attract clicks.
I think they are right, 25M is too much, but hey, if that's what we need that's what we have to pay.

I just can't see Arsenal being in for Schnelderlin. They have a few journos who get fed information and none of them has come out and said anything. Furthermore, why would Wenger spend the best part of £30m for a player he doesn't necessarily need? We will also blow them out of the water wage-wise.

This is debatable.
City need to fill that quoted, delph saying no tipped things into pool's favour imo.
I think he's a nobody, that's why it's surprising that Blackmore retweeted him as it's clear he doesn't really agree with his tweet about there being 2 clubs in for Schneiderlin. Maybe it'd be better to delete the tweet I posted, as it could get people confused.
The Muzzi guy also said Arsenal are close to a signing of the season a few days ago, not much happened though.
