FWIW €40m are around £28,3m, but it's El Confidencial, they've said a lot of crap over the last few weeks. I think we could live with that kind of amount.

Hell no, we might not even get Morgon with that amount of money. We should get something above 30m pounds.

Good signing for Palace. We're really starting to see how much money even the bottom half Premier League clubs have to spend, crazy to think what kind of players the likes of Stoke and Palace are targeting!

This is a bit odd no?
He's been signed for weeks. Already been photographed at the club with the shirt etc.

I smell an Eddie Surprise Mega Unveiling (TM) on Friday.
Not really. The transfer window only offically opened last week plus we always have a press conference for new players as far as I can remember.

Do we know when Southampton are back from Austria? A Woody Treble?

He's not. He made a photo with 2 kids wearing United's shirts and said that is the most he's going to do.

What a total wanker

How big of a pussy can you be as a man that you can't even propely honor a bet that includes wearing a fecking jersey...

Our head office is in London. Could be that he has things to tie up there with Woody first, before travelling to Manchester.
Our head office is in London? Bloody hell. Out of all the "businesses", football clubs should stick to their home cities!

It's meant to be better for doing business with commercial partners, and is where Woodward is based most of the time. Think they've been there for 4 years now. Modern times.

Fair enough, but I doubt they'd get anyone that good to fill the role.
They were linked to Martial from Monaco earlier in the year but he's now signed a new deal. Someone of that ilk - young, talented and bags of potential.

All our football-related activities are based in Manchester, but it makes sense to have a commercial centre in London.
