How you can compare Cleverz with Pogba is a bit silly. I mean, there's a reason Pogba could arguably walk into anyone's starting line-up and Cleverley, or most other centre midfielders for that matter, can't.
You cannot compare the two at club, as they both play in different positions, as I mentioned before. Pogba quite clearly plays the most advanced midfielder for Juventus (number 10), whilst Verratti and Modric play as number 8, where it's easier for them to dictate play, as they will see much more of the ball. However, when Pogba does play as an 8, which is often for France, he normally dominates.

Shaw was virtually done apparently but we had to wait til after the World Cup before we actually heard anything about the signing.
