It'll be Danny Blind, his current assistant. They made some weird construction where Blind would learn under Hiddink before taking over for the next tournament. Koeman has the ambition to coach the NT one day but he's settled at Southampton and doesn't want a double job.

I don't know why people get so worried when City are linked to one of our targets, under FFP we are a richer club than them while also being a MUCH bigger club.

Cech is a real good signing. But I don't think arsenal were bad in the keeping area since they released almunia. Last year I think the Southampton game was the only game that they lost because of a gk mistake. But of course cech > ospina > sczesny
I must say, the way Cech's transfer between two rival London clubs has been dealt with has been admirable. I suppose Abramovic has given Cech the biggest gift for his years of service, even if it was against Mourinho's wishes.

Well that's good news. Buying Vidal on top of last year's improvement would've made them serious contenders.

Carricks injured, we move Rooney in midfield. I think that's very bad for a club of our size.
That was because of more than 1 injury or LVG doing strange things tbf like making Di Maria and Herrera sit on bench while Rooney played CM.
I mean if Matic is injured Chelsea played Obi Mikel there. Blind as our backup is probably better than him.
Meanwhile Arsenal's backup was young Coquelin as DM who performed well when Arteta was out. Also In SAF's last season we just had Carrick and THen Jones as DM.

Can't say I believe Juve are willing to part with each of Pogba, Vidal, and Pirlo in the same summer.
Business strategy wise, It's the best time for them to part with their best assets and start rebuilding again.
I can see them releasing Pirlo because of his age and possibly Pogba for income, but they should hold on to Vidal in that case. Otherwise they would be a bit fecked in midfield since replacing 3 players is incredibly destabilizing, especially for a club at the peak of European football who just lost their star striker.
I imagine the negotiations between the clubs were difficult.
