Might be bollocks but...

EXCLUSIVE: Raheem Sterling will stay at Liverpool... if Jurgen Klopp gets the job

Radja Nainggolan told #ASRoma to “wake up” if they want to buy him from #Cagliari.

“I want to stay at Roma, but they are the ones who need to wake up,” Nainggolan is reported to have told fans as he left the training ground.

“I can’t exactly buy myself.”

#RealMadrid VP Eduardo Fernandez de Blas confirmed Rafa Benitez will be their Coach “as of next week”.

Speaking at a supporters’ group meeting, Fernandez de Blas said: “I am going to tell you one thing. Just one thing. Carlo Ancelotti is an authentic phenomenon. We give him all of our gratitude. Until three days ago, for me he was the best coach in the world, just like two years ago it was Jose Mourinho, and like from this week it will be Rafa Benitez.”

Mirror: #MUFC news and transfers: Red Devils linked with two top forwards as striker search continues.

It's Benzema and Higuain. We'll bid for Benzema ''according to reports in Spain'', while we also want Higuain ''according to Corriere Dello Sport''.

Hope we can sell van Persie and go after Vietto or Lacazette. Give Wilson a season out on loan at a PL team.

If we sell Robin after already confirming Falcao won't be coming back then we go in to next season with just two strikers (that is assuming Javier Hernandez will also leave). With Premier League, Champions League, FA and League cup commitments next season we need more than just two strikers on the books. I'd keep James around if that's the case as third choice behind Wayne and hopefully Alex Lacazette who'd be a great fit for us.

That's because he plays shite any time he's in a big game. He can smash in as many as he likes in a crap league, he never seems to turn up when it matters in the CL.
In a big game in the CL*, but where are Aguero/Ibra when it matters in the CL? Doesnt make you a poor player, you win the league vs the smaller teams. We've been the best in the big games this season, but we scraped 4th.

Not keen on Gonzalo Higuain but Karim Benzema would be a great signing. Doesn't get the credit he deserves out in Spain what with Messi and Ronaldo scoring goals at the rate they do.

We can't just keep Wilson as third/fourth choice, he won't fulfil his potential this way. He needs regular first team football or in a few years we'll have a 23 yeard old ''prospect'' on our hands.

And we can't afford to go in a long season with just Wayne Rooney and another. With the amount of games we have next season I'm hoping James will get more first team games.

That's also true. It's a tough one, but I think Wilson desperately needs a loan move to get regular first team football. The same goes for Januzaj IMO.

Out of the two Adnan needs to go out on loan more, he has Ash, Angel and now Memphis all ahead of him whereas James just has Wayne and an aging Robin ahead of him. I'd like James to stay around, get some game time in the cup competitions and even against the "lesser" sides. He'll gain more playing and training with the quality we have than maybe playing for a struggling side.

Does anyone know if Fellaini actually said this? Or if the context somehow makes it less of an alarming statement?

Wilson's 19 years old, a Championship loan would be good for him, as I can't see a Premier League side making him their first choice striker. If he stays he'd have Rooney and probably a new, quality striker ahead of him in the pecking order. If the two strikers ahead of him stay clear of injuries, Wilson would find himself in a position where he'd only have a chance of playing in the Capital One Cup and the possibly the beginning stages of the FA Cup. An early exit from the COC like last year would take away his few chances to impress and he'd have to play in the reserves for another season.

He should follow the example of Bamford and Jordan Ibe. While Bamford is unlikely to get a chance at Chelsea due to Mourinho's alergy to young players, he's impressed in his loans. Ibe did the same thing - impressed at Derby and got a serious chance in Liverpool's first team.

I think West Ham is a pretty exciting place for a manager at the moment. A decent squad, a solid defensive foundation built by Allardyce and of course the Olympic stadium move.

Yep, with the promise of a lot of money (for them) to spend. I think if they got someone who's a big name in then they'd be given a lot of time because of who they are. I genuinely thought Klopp should have considered them. It's a win-win for him. He succeeds and he looks like a genius, he fails and people will say 'It's West Ham'

It is on thier official twitter account and it seems that there is a whole interview with him shown on tv so it probablt is real

Could you name a few of those players? Obviously I mean attainable ones who are better, not a Modric for example.

Its more complicated than a direct replacement, but Vidal is far better.

I think its more his general role in the team. He's nowhere near good enough defensively to play deep, and he isn't quite good enough to play in the number 10 role if we play that way.

In a 4 2 3 1 he can't play in the 2 and isn't even our best current option in the middle of a 3. If we go 4 3 3 then with carrick sitting i think we need a box to box player, which he is not, to play in there with him. And again hes not good enough offensively to play at the tip of the midfield 3 either.

I know its weird as he did have a good second half of the season, but he is our biggest selection headache in my opinion. Hes very over rated on the caf, so i know i'm in the minority, but i'd have him on the bench next season.

 Erm....
I think the context of that answer is vital, as well as how they worded the question.

David Luiz to Téléfoot: "If Di Maria wants to join PSG, that would be great. He is a very good player."

Is today an ''interview an afro'' day at Telefoot or something?

Haven't watched it, but it's probably like that interview Dougal did on tv when he was mistaken for Father Ted. "Spider Baby..." etc.

So you're essentially dismissing the role he played in the 4-3-3 which he was consistently brilliant in during the latter half of the season. Our defensive issues arose when Carrick was injured, hence the need for a proper number 6, and our creative problems came when Fellaini and Young were found out against Everton and Chelsea. Herrera was passive at times in some of the losses towards the end of the season, but he was always tidy, always feisty and more often than not he did his job.

I'm not going to try to change your opinion on how good he is, but other than Carrick, I don't think there was a better outfield player than him last season. We'd have been much worse off without him. I'd just re-watch the Arsenal FA Cup game if I need convincing of his qualities. The way we lost all attacking threat once he was withdrawn speak volumes of how he ties together possession-oriented football whilst taking those risks going forward.
