Xavi asked the board to approve everything, because for him he has always been a fundamental player. Green light. Ousmane Dembélé will stay in the blaugrana: it is expected to be official next week.
Dembélé's will has always been to stay, but the renewal has been above all an economic question. Leonardo's departure from PSG closed the Paris option for him, so, after weeks of reflection, Sissoko has accepted a contract offered by Barcelona months ago.

Translated summary:

The last sentence translates more to "this transfer is not feasible" instead of "he is not for sale". I would interpret as Atleti asking for an enormous fee that Bayern would not pay.

Quite a huge difference and loose interpretation between "not feasible for Bayern" and "not for sale by Atlético".
The interpretation came from reading a few reports.

A couple of direct quotes from Felix say, 'A departure from Atletico is not on the table,' hence my comment he is not for sale.

I did state that my translation wasn't intended to be verbatim. It really isn't this big a deal but I guess people will argue black is white and vice versa.

Lewandowski has decided to report for Bayern's pre-season training camp.

He will be in Munich tomorrow, where he is scheduled to train under Nagelsmann.

As long as his transfer to Barça, his wish, is not completed, the striker will act with the utmost professionalism.

I'm a bit late, but from what I found in iMiaSanMia's Tweet here (which is indeed in the article), both Widow and Acrobat7 are correct. Bayern Munich did indeed ask Atletico Madrid about João Félix but were told, "No." After that, they made some more progress in keeping Gnabry, so Félix no longer became someone who Bayern Munich wanted to bring in.

Torreira stated that he's gotten in touch with Boca Juniors, but a transfer to that club will be difficult because Arsenal are demanding a transfer fee. He also had this to say:
I spoke with Mourinho some time ago. He is a coach that I admire. It [i.e. joining Roma] is a chance that seduces me, but it is not easy.

Is there a more jammy club at snapping up freebies than Juve?

Just from the top of my head:

Poobag x2
Ramsey
Rabiot
Khedira
ADM
Dani Alves
Cannavaro
Pirlo

Villarreal, [who are] very interested in Deulofeu, are in pole position.

They are willing to pay the 15 million [Euros] asked by Udinese. First, they have to sell.

Danjuma and [Paco] Alcácer, on the exit ramp.

Napoli and Atalanta, on the lookout.

Luis Campos hopes to make progress on his recruitment this week before the departure to Japan. At least Scamacca and Skriniar are hoped for, negotiations are progressing and PSG have set a price limit.

Exclusive: Filip Kostic is leaning towards a contract extension at Eintracht Frankfurt. The Euro-hero has an offer from Eintracht Frankfurt with a top salary of €5m per year. SPORT1 has learned from direct player sources that the Serbian wants to accept the offer.

Nico Schulz has been told by Borussia Dortmund that he no longer plays a role and may leave. However, a high transfer fee is not expected for the ex-national player. That his departure alone could pave the way for Borussia Dortmund to sign David Raum is not true.

This is corroborated by Romeo Agresti, who's great for Juventus news:

Bayern's first offer for DeLigt, as confirmed by Christian Falk, was 60 million [Euros]: rejected. As said, there is distance in terms of valuation but the parties will continue to talk.

EDIT:

No Premier League team is currently making any progress on de Ligt.

Juventus and Bayern are still far from a final transfer figure, but today's meeting was positive and there will be further contacts between the parties. The Italian club is asking for 80 million Euros, Bayern's offer is 60 million Euros, as also reported by other sources.

Matthijs de Ligt, seduced by the Bavarian project, is open to a move. As of today, Chelsea and the rest of the Premier League teams are not moving forward.

@Adnan

Gourna Douath off to Salzburg for 15m + % of next sale as per L'equipe. Can't actually find that, but did find an RMC tweet corroborating that:

@Resch anything from the Austrian side?

I'll have to follow his progress at Salzburg. He turned some bigger clubs down to go there if reports are to believed, with both Dortmund and Chelsea attempting to sign him in the last year.

As reported by L'Equipe, Abdou Diallo will not tour Japan. Agreement between the Senegalese and Luis Campos to facilitate a transfer of the defender
