We are. We're just monitoring his situation and exploring the possibility like every other club. Even Liverpool haven't advanced on this and are in the same spot as us. Arsenal have been in this state for more than a year. The players seems to be holding things up on his end and doesn't seem fully committed to leaving Spain.
 


There's more to it. Yagiz Sabuncuoglu (Tier 3) initially reported that Gala reached an agreement in principle with Digne, but the player himself denied it on Twitter. The journalist then posted the official loan offer letter from Galatasaray to Aston Villa in response. It indicates that Gala's covering the full salary, which doesn't happen unless they somehow learn about Digne's salary via his camp.
