Looks like the whole deal hinges on whether Barcelona want to commit to Koundé or not.
 

  • Levi Colwill
    • Everton, Southampton, and Leicester are all interested.
    • Chelsea won't act on his future until they get their defensive reinforcements.
  • Armando Broja
    • Everton are interested, but West Ham are further ahead.
    • Chelsea don't want to sell Broja but reluctantly will if the player continues to push for a move out of Chelsea.
  • Billy Gilmour: Everton discussed a loan move for the player.
  • Ross Barkley: Chelsea have offered the player to both Everton and Aston Villa.

There's a reason I posted the Gaughan quotes alongside Romano's own rendition. I was hoping that Romano wasn't just putting them in on his own, but that seems to be the case here, unfortunately.

  • No bids have come in yet for Kepa, Werner, Batshuayi, and Kenedy.
    • The former 3 have big wages that most clubs aren't willing to cover.
  • AC Milan want to sign Ziyech on loan [my note: possibly with a purchase option/obligation in the future], but Chelsea want to sell him immediately instead.
  • Offers have only come in for both Broja (West Ham) and Colwill
  • Tuchel doesn't want to sell Azpilicueta to Barcelona.
    • My note: he might not have much of a choice if the player wants to leave
 

  • £200k/week salary :eek:
  • West Ham were unwilling to offer £180k/week that Lingard's camp requested.
    • They only went as high as £150k/week.

Barcelona have told Koundé to wait for them to submit an offer after they activated their second lever today. Koundé's arrival will allow Chelsea to sell Azpilicueta to Barcelona.
 

At this time of the afternoon Barça has NOT officially contacted Sevilla for Jules Koundé. The negotiation that is underway, and advanced, is with Chelsea. Let's see how the matter continues.

Forest are being foolish. If they get relegated this is going to be a huge problem for them. Too big of a gamble
