In what way his is value increased while at City? I mean that’s why Chelsea pulled out I would assume, but still.

City had multiple centre back issues last year and he still only played the equivalent of 10 full games of Premier League football.

Official: Rangers sign Malik Tillman from Bayern Munich on loan with a purchase option

Wolfsburg without Mbabu to Mechelen - VfL travels to Belgium with 25 players - Svanberg transfer close to completion
  • Fulham & Wolfsburg agree on a €6m deal for Mbabu.
  • Mbabu's being pulled into different directions by his various consultants.

After the failure of the Ekitike deal, Newcastle are going to go after Sekou Mara. The Magpies will make contact with Bordeaux, who are asking for €15m excluding bonuses and a percentage on resale. Atletico [Madrid], who need to sell first, are also interested.

Different player but this remind me of another player leaving City a few years ago that as an individual player, wasted years at the club.

Zivchenko really was a bit part player at City, got a lot of games due to the Mendy situation and was played out of position. A great professional, calm, never in trouble who was superb in midfield at hsi club before moving to City. The Euros reminded people of what an excellent central midfielder Zivchenko is.......reminds me so much of Milner and hi sgret period in CM at Villa, then goes to CIty and never plays there. Wasnt surprised by his revival at Liverpool.

Zivchenko for that fee in my opinion is a superb signing for Arsenal. Also think Jesus was under appreciated at City and is a top quality striker (mind you also thought that about the young guy who mvoed to Leicester a while ago and bar a certain period hasnt set world alight).

Have to say our three main contenders for the top four are all doing really good additions to there side in the market so far. We do of course (hopefully) have the big addition of a top quality manager, but our lack of activity and some peoples feeling on here that we are ok in certain areas not upgrading, with Dalot, Martial for example.....imd Eriksen being the answer in other areas......I am not full of optimism so far, thats for sure

I have no idea how he is worth 30M, left back was a genuine hole for City and the one spot on the pitch they were most vulnerable. Now they are looking to spend 50M on Cucurella. Both Arsenal and Spurs are making risky bets on this season that could doom them if they don't work.

Tweet is misleading as he seems to be there for talks over the Brighton move. This is the one I wanted us to go for let’s who comes out on the top at the end of the day between him and Martinez. I thought he would have been perfect for the EPL after watching Rangers in EL.

30m on a LB/LCM cover could doom us ? Spurs splashed it a bit on Richarlison but i wouldnt say it's a risky bet.

Barça have Chukwuemeka (18 years old, from Aston Villa) under surveillance.

The European giants want him and Barça will not enter into auctions...

...they have other priorities and they already have several players with potential...

(Every time I have to copy and paste the name... What drama)
Barça negotiating for Chukwuemeka, but without going into auctions

Jordi Cruyff, with the approval of Xavi and Alemany, has been talking to Aston Villa and looking for ways to try to sign the young English star.

I don't really follow youth football anymore, but wasn't he one of Arsenal's highest rated young players?
He was, yeah. I think the Gabriel Jesus signing combined with Arsenal focusing more on Balogun means that Hutchsinson probably wants to move elsewhere to establish his career.

Imagine this happening just a couple of years ago. Every fan of any club would’ve taken him. Hell, I’d still take a punt as a rotation option with Havertz.

Same here at United but most people say he’s finished :wenger:

Thank you. Not sure he has a better chance at Chelsea to do that though.

They will be able to loan him out and build up his profile with other clubs better than Arsenal would, at least. That'll allow him to have a solid career even if he can't make it at Chelsea.
