He’s probably better than Antony.

I mean I don't rate Antony at all, so possibly but I'm not gonna lie, I don't know very much about Madueke apart from the fact that he's quick and a good dribbler.

Source (Tier 2):

Lorient striker Terem Moffi has been in fine form this season and has been approached by OL, who were keen to use Romain Faivre as a bargaining chip. For their part, Nice have made a new offer of €20m, including bonuses.

So by the time summer comes, their attacking depth will be:

Mudryk, Sterling, Havertz, Pulisic, Hudson-Odoi, Ziyech, Hutchinson, Lukaku, Madueke, Broja, Aubameyang, Chukwuemeka, Fofana. That is 13 players for 4 positions at the maximum.

In midfield they still have Mount, Kante (who they want to extend), Kovacic, Gallagher, Loftus Cheek and another CM they will probably buy.

What is the plan?

You forgot Nkunku.

Of the first list I very, very much doubt any of Pulisic, Ziyech, Hudson-Odoi, Aubameyang and Lukaku will be a part of the squad going into next season so we can cross them out. Maybe CHO could play in a rotational capacity but if there's a willing buyer for him I'd definitely sell. Whether these players are sold or loaned out will only really matter as far as the club finances are concerned but I don't think any of them has an on-pitch role to play going forwards.

Chukwuemeka is not a forward but a central midfielder so we can cross him out of the first list as well.

Broja is out with an ACL injury for another 6-9 months and hadn't really made his mark on the team yet so I'm not sure what is going to happen to him, my guess would be another loan to see how he's recovered? Hutchinson has less than 45 minutes of professional football under his belt and while he's been great at PL2 level it's a whole other step to play for a club like Chelsea so maybe a loan for him as well?

All of a sudden there's Mudryk, Madueke, Sterling, Fofana, Havertz and Nkunku as the only ones left. 6 players for 3-4 positions is more like it. Datro Fofana is another loan possibility in the short term but that would even leave us short one forward so I'm not sure.

As for the midfield I'm pretty certain at least one, if not both, RLC/Gallagher will be sold in the summer at the latest and there will definitely be plenty of interest in both of them. Mount's contract situation is a bit uncertain at the moment so unless the club can agree an extension with him he'll be on the transfer list next summer too so we can at least cash in on him and not lose him on a free. I'm sure the club are still hopeful of agreeing a new deal with him but it's not certain. Kante is getting old and injury prone, so even if he stays he'll only be good for 15-20 games a season at most going forward. Kovacic we'll probably keep but his contract situation is getting tricky too (expires 2024) so he'll have to sign a new one or get sold IMO.

Of the midfielders you listed it's very possible only 1-2 of them (+ Chukwuemeka from the other list) still play for the club a year from now so a bigger overhaul is needed. Even if we keep more, we'll still need 1-2 new faces in to replace Jorginho and Zakaria plus someone to be Kante's long term replacement.

Just because you don't see a plan doesn't mean there isn't one.

Even though it’s clueless and chaotic I dream of the day we are as aggressive in the market as Chelsea.
