People actually want us to sign Gabriel Jesus? Do you want us to become successful again? :wenger:

Even more strange after seeing his performance today. Absolute garbage. Luckily City would never sell to us anyway.

Bit optimistic there son. Better player than Dalot but he won't suit Ten Hags' style at all.
That brief stint from Elanga at right back today, was the best I’ve seen all season from anyone we’ve tried there all season.

Fine...but Barca have to sell and shed more salaries. Hence selling de Jong to fund a center forward. And Bayern will be looking for a possible short term center forward to fill the void. Does Ronaldo fit at Bayern or does Nkunku work with Nagelsmann again?

Astute signing. At least Leeds look like staying up, if we had of passed on Kamara for free and spent £50m on Phillips.....deary me

Seriously wonder who we are looking at for the holdign defensive midfielder, Camavinga was my dream last summer, Kamara not my dream but seemed by far the most sensible option this summer. It is a strange move as no European football for him and though he doesnt go forward, he is kind of similar defensively to Douglas Luis who is still young himself

Yeah worrying there is such a lack of links to any holding DM's, maybe we have the cards close to the chest or not signing one

  • Gerrard is targeting at least two more major signings besides Coutinho
    • Kalvin Phillips is high up Villa's wishlist.
    • Note: one of them seems to be done with Kamara
  • Other priorities:
    • Centre back
      • Joe Gomez was an option but is likely to sign a new contract with Liverpool
      • Calvin Bassey
      • James Tarkowski as a free agent
      • Duje Caleta-Car
    • Left back
    • Forward
  • Players likely to leave
    • Matt Target
    • Morgan Sanson
    • Bertrand Traoré
    • Anwar el-Ghazi
    • Trezeguet
    • Kortney Hause
  • John McGinn and Ollie Watkins aren't for sale.
  • Carney Chukwuemeka's future is uncertain as he hasn't accepted Villa's last offer.
    • Bundesliga clubs are interested in him.

After having dismissed Leonardo and having tried to bring back A. Henrique (the decisive man for the extension of Mbappé ), PSG is close to signing Luis Campos . And on the bench, Zidane is the priority track to succeed Pochettino

Live Transfer Tracker: Luis Campos is PSG's new sporting director

Lucas Torreira is NOT staying at Fiorentina despite the fact that his agent reached an agreement on the right to purchase with Arsenal, under favorable conditions in the payment of the 15 million [Euros]. The salary, without reductions, was agreed.

Lucas would have been delighted: he gave his all, from start to finish, often playing even when injured. Now he returns to the Gunners, but his contract runs out in 2023 and there is already a very interested team. Yesterday against Juve he played only a few minutes, so as not to activate a financial bonus.

EDIT: English Tweet

I don't know if he'll be good enough to start regularly, but he's had a solid season for Venezia in Italy.

Yeah he's looked way better than Dalot the few times he's played there. Which is a bit embarrassing for Diogo.

We should be seriously looking at this guy.
Sangare is the best midfielder in the Eredivisie, but he's not someone that dictates play or likes to be central in the buildup. He needs someone next to for him that (at PSV he has Gutierrez or Veerman for that) and this isnt a profile of player we have with Matic leaving.

He's an aggressive ball winner, a more physical version of Fred.

He's technically too limited for a top club (think Ndidi), but I could definitely see him become a good PL player.

Hopefully the former. Not signing one last summer was suicide from Ole for me, failure to sign one this summer and I would lose faith in ETH immediately, its without doubt our biggest priority in my mind, we actually probably need two as we have none now

Thanks to @Berbaclass in the Frenkie de Jong thread:

Laporta is pending the continuity of Gavi and Dembélé, the signing of Sergi Roberto and the signing of Lewandowski, among other files

The highlight:

Also:
  • Xavi wants a prolific striker like Lewandowski, a new centre back, and a new midfielder.
  • Negotiations are currently underway with Azpilicueta and Marcos López
