Can see them signing Salah now, considering his age, contract situation and desire to play in Spain at some point.

Ducker states in this article we want midfielders, strikers, a quality CB and a RB with the club open to offers for AWB. Romano and Luckhurst have also reported the same regarding AWB the last few days. Nixon gets the odd exclusive from the lower leagues but isn’t especially reliable outside of that.

I am all for it if that new contract is him being on much lower wages like most of the squad rightfully deserve to be on so that he can be more appealing to other clubs for transfer/loan
Wouldn't even be worth lower wages, plus, it's time to stop treating the club as some holiday resort with players over welcoming their stay, he shouldn't have even been signed.

Here's the article for those who are interested.

The first line is somewhat misleading. The key part, which the Tweet omits, is that Wan-Bissaka's camp asked for a new deal because United blocked those recent inquiries for him. Unfortunately, the inquiries haven't been highlighted in the article, so we don't know what's going on there. As a reminder, Wan-Bissaka's contract expires in two years, so I'm not surprised that his camp is asking for a long-term contract if United aren't entertaining any recent offers (probably Palace's).

I can't imagine Xavi using the term beastly for some reason.

By "blocked recent enquires" I take it to mean the club rejected Palace's loan off with no obligation to buy. But he's surely off giving the mega briefing the other day.

That's how I see it as well, we want a sale as we should be able to get half our money back this summer.

Hopefully at least 5.

Why do all transfer quotes start with repeating the question these days, or is it added in by Romano etc?
It's an Italian and Spanish thing by the looks of things. They add a snippet of the question at the start to highlight the question that is being answered.

I'd be genuinely worried about Rangnick's judgement and involvement going forward if he thought Ronaldo would be a "pressing monster"

who the feck is reluctantnicko? and why is his tweet getting posted here?

i've said this many times on another threads, the very first thing ETH should do is to order the players to run and run and run till they vomit or beg to leave the club. no more nounces who think running is beneath them.

Greenwood won’t be training under Ten Hag, think you need to reword your post as it’s not very polite and probably against posting rules. Unless you don’t understand the term, then it’d suggest you edusage yourself.
