Doesn't his contract expire in 2023? No way we'll sell him given the players we're already losing.

It is until 2023. Unless they know something like it's mutually going to be terminated, then fine. But I think it's more speculation and just throwing stuff against the wall and see what sticks.

Relevant quotes:
I see it very complicated to be able to continue at Sevilla. I’m not worried about that right now. I came knowing that it would be six months and then I would surely have to return to Manchester United. I’m very happy with the experience of playing in a new club, as big as Sevilla and having minutes again. If we manage to be a top four team, we will have achieved the goal and I will be happy for the fans, who have been very good to me since I arrived.

  • Note: de Vrij's agent is Mino Raiola
  • De Vrij wants to stay at Inter but wants an explanation over why he wasn't able to renew his contract in 2020.
  • Several Premier League clubs like de Vrij, including Tottenham.

Can't stick Romano anymore, I'm not sure what it is but barely anything is his own information anymore.
Yeah, he relays information from other outlets as often as he posts his own. However, he always posts reliable info, so I don't really care him being the first to report something.

Carlos Soler at @SERDepValencia talks about renewal: “I'm pretty calm because we're doing everything possible to make it go well and reach an agreement. I think the club is doing it too. It's not closed yet." Contract ends in June 2023.

"These are difficult things and they take time. I want to focus on what's left. IT'S NOT CLOSED YET; I can't tell you anything else."

There is an agreement in principle, but the deal could still burst for a reason!

From the article:

Additional info:
  • Fee: €35M
  • Dortmund, Adeyemi, and Salzburg all want to make the transfer happen.
  • Adeyemi, however, is still in talks with Leipzig, Liverpool, and PSG.

I see we're being linked to more right footed attackers who prefer to play on the left.
