What flavour gum?
At this point, even sugarless would be worth it.
What flavour gum?
Exclusive: BVB star Raphael Guerreiro in @SPORT1 interview. The Portuguese talks about the defensive problems, his favorite position, Marco Rose, Thomas Tuchel and his contract situation: "I currently see my future in Dortmund - and not anywhere else!"
I hope he [Mbappé] spends his entire career at PSG, he is in the top-5 in the world without a doubt.
I don’t know, it’s not up to me to decide. Zidane is a great coach, he already showed it at Real Madrid. He can train anywhere in the world. In addition to this, he’s French. That is one more question for the sporting director or the president.
I go step by step, like Cholo Simeone (laughs). I think you have to enjoy the moments. We cannot be thinking about what is going to come. We have to be concentrated and focused on what we have now and football will have whatever it wants with us later. We are responsible for doing our best and giving 100% for the club we work for. We are 200% focused on PSG and on giving this club the happiness they expect from us.
Theo will earn 4 million [Euros] fixed plus variables.

- The clause: a 2-year contract extension that Chelsea can trigger.
- Barcelona's top two right back targets:
- Azpilicueta
- Mazraoui (his contract's also expiring this summer)
This info seems to be coming from Barcelona's end. They've got a stumbling block in signing Azpilicueta, and this seems to be the reason why. We will find out towards April/May.Weird, this wasn’t announced anywhere when he extended his contract in 2018. I’d take Marca’s info with a pinch of salt.
Although I guess it’s possible that Chelsea went the German route: a contractual clause/extension executed in secret and leaked/announced months or years later.

Agreed. If it's Poch, it will be Rice and Kane. We will offer 100 for Kane and 75 for Rice max. Both will be very tough negotiations and will happen late in the window. The most likely will be Rice due to Levy being so difficult. However I doubt we will get either and it will be a dreadful start for Poch. As time goes on in the window I think we will try to resign the out of contract players as we scramble with what to do.
This is one the big reasons I don't want Poch and would rather we went for Ten Hag or to wait until December for Enrique. We need a new direction away from brand name players with massive salaries and to create a functioning team with a strong manager who plays great football. We would get that with Ten Hag and Enrique but would need 5-6 players in 2022 and 5-6 more in 2022. We won't win the Champions League or the Prem with Poch, we might with the ETH or Enrique.
The board will favour Poch as it means less churn of players and more of a yes man. Their favourite type of appointment.
Yup. And come September 1st we’ll all be screaming in the “how do we solve our midfield problem” thread. Sounds very much like something our board would do. Hopefully things are going to be a little bit different now that Woodward’s gone seeing as he seemed to be one of those who fancied going for big names.
Yeah, that makes sense. I didn't think of this earlier, but this is basically similar to Giroud's last Chelsea contract. If the past is any indicator, If Azpi asked to leave, Chelsea would not stop him, they may ask for a fee.
I don’t think Kane is right for us anymore but we do need a striker as well. Cavani, martial, Greenwood. All gone ir going. Ronaldo making noises to go.
that leaves us with Rashford. Still think we don’t need one?
I’m not discounting the other needs, they are needed too
He’s had his chance, but I fear we will be stuck with him because we run out of budgetWe still have Martial who will stay next season if he can see minutes. If he doesn't want to stay there's other young striker who will cost half the amount and wages like Isak.
100% . They think they are showing their "Big Club" claim by going for the big earners. Don't always work as we have witnessed many times. They seem to think it is the way to keep up with City and Liverpool, when City spend money, but buy wisely and Liverpool apart from the odd big money signing are very canny with their signings. Just splashing money about does not work, there has to be a plan behind it and there are bargains out there if you know where to look. That means listening to your scouts, listen to Ralf, stop going for the ego signings.
As per usual they will go for the yes man. They should pay more attention to players they bring in, and the wage structure/contracts.Agreed. If it's Poch, it will be Rice and Kane. I agree, There are new young forwards coming through that would be better value.I can’t help but think Kane has already peaked. Injuries have had their toll. Still a good goal scorer but the money required would be silly
I don't see RR having any influence over the players we sign in the summer, unless of course he's given the gig himself.

Murtough is listening to him and is a huge fan of his work. Do you honestly think he'd employ him, then not care what he thinks?Yeah expecting him to be totally ignored
Agreed, especially if we listen to RR and hire ETH as he has suggested.Murtough is a big fan of Ralf’s footballing structure and is listening to him keenly, and Ralf will be consulting him for a further two years. That with Arnold supposedly being less involved than Woodward was in the footballing side and actual identifying targets… Yeah Ralf is going to have an influence on our signings if he is indeed creating the footballing structure.
Of course how significant we don’t know. There’s the Glazers, Arnold, Murtough, Fletcher, Ralf, scouting team, new manager and many more involved in a potential transfer.
For me, it is always important to improve day by day. This is my goal. I know where you want to come, the contract situation, but I look at it day to day. We have next week the Premier League, which is important, and then the Champions League and the final against Liverpool. All the rest is talk.
