My sources tell me that it's all agreed, just waiting for the signature, which takes 2-52 weeks apparently.
So the 2 main young players we were linked to while we were persuing Sancho as our first choice winger at the start were Fiorentina's Federico Chiesa and Valencia's Ferran Torres. A few years later Chiesa has led his national team to winning the Euros and Ferran Torres has succeeded as a rotational player at City and is now Barcelona's main signing
