  • Atleti's 60-million-Euro offer (add-ons included) for Vlahovic not enough for Fiorentina
  • Spurs also interested in Vlahovic
    • Could offer a similar package to the one offered to Inter for Lautaro (80 million Euros in total, I think)
  • Fiorentina's Vlahovic replacement: Gianluca Scamacca (Sassuolo)
  • Atalanta yet to find a suitable Zapata replacement and not likely to sell the striker at this stage

Preparing for a Raya sale ?

Competition for Raya apparently - so far no noise about him leaving but Arsenal have been interested previously...

*Edit/Update not expecting Raya to leave according to those who know but this guy Alvaro Fernandez is all but signed..

Joelinton when asked if he can join a Big Six PL club in the future:
It’s a dream. Newcastle is a great club, but they are below those others. I know that to get to this level I need to work harder and make a better season than what I’ve done here. I want to play in the Champions League again, but that just depends on what I do at Newcastle. Things happen very fast in football. I have to keep working, confident, with positive thinking.

Note: looks like some people were in denial

So even if you pay all the money up front, FFP allows you to spread it over 5 years.

Has that Rafa Mir kid ever played for Woves in the Premier League? Have we ever seen him?
Not in the Premier League, no, but he did appear twice in the Championship for them. He's gained more attention after his great loan spell at Huesca last season. From what I saw of him, he looked like a major attacking threat and basically carried Huesca's attacks on his back.

Well if they’re trying to get Kennedy on loan with an option, I’m sure they’ll try similar with us. His stock is outrageously low so I can’t see us bargaining for a permanent transfer.

A loan + option might be our best bet. Hope he finds his feet back home or something.

He is born and brought up in Belgium. I mean he has brazillian lineage but not sure it's home.

he’s decided, but the clubs the clubs haven’t agreed anything. I can’t see what could go wrong
Is there not ONE.SINGLE.feckING.CLUB on this planet that wants to buy him? Not one? I’ve read about us wanting to sell for 2-3 years, and all the clubs who’s shown interest, only have wanted a loan. And now - that includes even clubs from the Brazilian league. feck me, must be some punch to his ego.

Eh, has chosen to represent them at any level he can, I’m sure he feels more Brazilian than Belgian. There’s a quote on his wiki saying “my heart is Brazilian”.

Fun fact alert from googling it: He made his debut against El Salvador on 11 September, as the first player in over 100 years to play for Brazil having been born outside of the country.

He looked great at that level, hence the hype and hope. Not hard to believe really, happens often.

Great? I don't think so. Mensah is another one from that team who was nailed on. Just as people hype them as great prospects means nothing.

Spurs are fools if they turn down £150m for Kane only to lose him for less next year.

City will go for haaland next year. Its now or never for kane imo. Not sure we will take a punt next year at his age for the price we would pay.

Can't believe how highly some fans rated him when he was part of the youth set up. Bit of a nothing player who will score the odd banger.
Probably you watch feck all of youth footy then. He was great and I'd say similar level and hype which was deserved as Januzaj for example. The step up to senior football is way too big though.

I can say for certain you know nothing about what I watch. So best keep your opinion on what I watch to yourself!

According to the Di Marzio article, Nahitan Nandez has submitted a transfer request to leave Cagliari.
