Not in the Premier League, no, but he did appear twice in the Championship for them. He's gained more attention after his great loan spell at Huesca last season. From what I saw of him, he looked like a major attacking threat and basically carried Huesca's attacks on his back.

Probably you watch feck all of youth footy then. He was great and I'd say similar level and hype which was deserved as Januzaj for example. The step up to senior football is way too big though.
