I think his inconsistencies have made him a bit of a wild card in terms of a transfer to a big club. Juventus decided to let him go because of that, and they now have more consistent wingers in both Chiesa and Kulusevski. Still, I think he'd be good for a team like AC Milan even though he is most comfortable at his current free role in Sassuolo. It's madness Sassuolo have managed to hold onto him for as long as they have.

Aye, true. I remember him bursting onto the scene and scoring quite consistently in his early days. His numbers did seem to drop though for a period of time but he's back looking fairly consistent. Does he generally play as an inside forward or a pure number 9?
He plays a free role starting from the right wing. He's more of an AM and plays similarly to Bernardo Silva except he takes more long shots.Aye, true. Like a young Micah Richards?

I think that’s a hard question to answer right now. It’s important that all my focus is on the two England games coming up now and the rest of the season with Spurs and then the Euros. To be thinking about speculation or rumours would be damaging in terms of my own performance.
I always like to be focused on one goal and one job and that’s to finish strong with Spurs, win these qualifiers with England and hopefully go on and have a great Euros. Look, I try to stay out of that speculation as much as possible. I’m fully focussed on doing the job on the pitch from now until the end of the summer and then we’ll see where we go from there.

Na nothings gonna happen. These kinds of news pops up every summer.Sounds to me like he is planning some action in the summer. Madrid maybe?
So City or PSG then, realistically.Madrid can't afford him surely. I'm quite curious how this pans out because only Chelsea, United, PSG and City can afford him.
He won't go to Chelsea out of respect for Spurs I'm sure. But the others will be interesting.
Mr Levy will very likely want 100 Million. Kane will be 28 in July and with no resale value once he signs his next contract or moves to a new club. It will very be difficult to financially justify the fee together with his salary. Agents and players use international breaks for such statements for either a potential transfer or pay rise. I personally think it's a play to raise his salary who to be fair, should be with those at the very top of the pay grade. Paying 100 million for a player such as Haaland in all probability means you will have an asset that will increase in value over the years.Sounds to me like he is planning some action in the summer. Given Poch at PSG, that seems like a reasonably decent shout to me. So far Kane hasn't won anything - at PSG he'd be pretty much guaranteed at least some domestic silverware, and he'd be guaranteed Champions League football with at least an outside shot at winning it. Given his injury record, I can't see him playing at the top-level into his mid-30s like Ronaldo and Ibra, so this is probably his one real chance to move in order to win trophies. So City or PSG then, realistically.

But at the level, financially at least, that we operate at I don't think spending £100m on Kane is that outrageous because he will raise the team's level for at least three seasons. If he can maintain that level for three seasons, giving you 20 league goals per season and later wind down as an impact player I think it will be a deal worth considering.Mr Levy will very likely want 100 Million. He wont break any records at PSG. He will stay in England and hunt down Shearer imo.Given Poch at PSG, that seems like a reasonably decent shout to me. Agreed, he knows he's put himself in a box and that's the only real achievement he will accomplish at spursHe wont break any records at PSG. He will stay in England and hunt down Shearer imo.
Agreed and I think we'd all prefer him to go there than City.Given Poch at PSG, that seems like a reasonably decent shout to me. What on earth was he thinking? As soon as Kane signed that six year deal his fate was sealed. As good as he is, no one is paying the sort of price Levy would demand (I assume £150m odd) for a 28 year old striker who has had ankle issues. He’s no fool. I imagine he’s not opposed to going to play for, say, Madrid, but in reality he’s looking for a massive new deal to get him past the point where he’s no longer worth that sort of money.
Not sure if PSG could even afford him with Neymar and Mbappe but I still think that would still represent quite an unambitious move for Kane at this point in his career. Trophies are important but only if they mean something. Leaving Spurs to see out his career in France for some fairly hollow trophies would be a bit of a cop out for a player of Kane's ability.Given Poch at PSG, that seems like a reasonably decent shout to me. It was some approach from Premier League teams, it is true,” he said. “In the end, I preferred to stay in Italy and take the step to one of the biggest teams in Serie A. I made the right choice. I’m in a traditional team with emotional supporters and an ambitious project in Italy. But the Premier League is one of my favourite championships so in the future why not? You never know.
I learnt a little bit of English at school and I speak with Chris because I would like to improve. It is a very important language to speak with everyone in the world. I watch a lot of matches in English football and follow it. After the Italian league, I watch it the most because it is the most important. All the teams usually arrive in the finals of European competitions, they are really competitive and a lot of important players go there. My favourite is Virgil van Dijk. He’s inspired me a lot from watching him.
Jesus wept, please no.
Whilst I agree, it's funny how the argument against him is now consistency, where as before it was he's a crock.Basically Martial x10! As in frustration wise.
