Loan with option to buy for £18m in the summer is pretty gutting and we claimed there were no deals in January. Mind you doesn't half make a difference when your owners actually care about winning things
But Klopp was not being given money to sign anyone. Poor guy.
Just proves they are way smarter than us in the transfer market which really pains to admit. Edwards just continues to make our toy story puppet look like a complete amateur when it comes to doing shrewd deals.

Gordon is another situation I had been curious about. He came into the team last season and looked their best player for a while, looked to have real promise. Hasn’t been seen this season.

When 4 consecutive coachs don't fancy you in that position, maybe you should just accept it and make the most of your opportunity where you can play.
I really like him, i hope he gets vindicated and gets a good move in the summer but he's slowly doing a Walcott and might lose himself.
For a few games he did. Sure he may well have gotten a couple MOTM awards even a game or two that I saw. Doesn’t mean he is the best in your squad, but he was the best on the pitch at the time.

I don't think he was even second choice, more like third and will probably be fourth now.

@oskarutd was being generous in calling him 2nd choice, but that was because he was on the bench most of the time. However, there were times when he wasn't even in the squad, so yeah, he's more likely to be a 3rd choice.
He was relegated to third choice, then Huddersfield sold a keeper and he was back to the bench and second choice. Now he must be third choice.
Forgot he existed and he can't even get games with Jota injured and Klopp needing fresh bodies to rotate.
Ah, fair enough. Thanks for the clarification. That explains why he was on the bench most of the time. Honestly, I do think that his time's up with United, and he'll most likely be a free agent.
He hasn't impressed in training apparently. That's why Origi keeps getting minutes.
