I dont see us dealing with Dortmund for a while unless its a release clause where there are no negotiations. Roll on 2022 when we finish second to Real in the Haaland chase

Geoffrey Kondogbia leaves Valencia for Atletico de Madrid. Looks like he'll replace Thomas Partey in their team.

I had a long chat with the manager (Parker). He explained the situation. It’s a choice he had to make. Everyone wants to play as much as possible, but now they picked up new players again and this time I became a victim of it. That’s what you have to swallow. It is clear that it is a small bang when you participate in two promotions and are not allowed to play more. Many new players are brought in, the coaches have different views, and that’s how football works. I ideally wish I could play everything, but I’m old enough to understand that it’s not just ups, but also downs in football.

I have received mixed signals. The manager thinks it was a very tough choice to make, and said he would make a new decision in January. You never know what’s going on. But personally, I have no doubt that I want to play matches. So if there is a similar situation in January, then it is of course appropriate to leave. I almost have to take it when it comes. First, the body must return to 100 percent to be as ready as possible for one or the other. Considering the family, that I have a small child, two years left on the Fulham contract and will turn 30 in January, I think there will be one big contract. It will be quite important whether it is here or somewhere else. At that age and situation, you will know where to be for the next three or four years. We are very privileged that there is so much money in football, so I will not complain about that bit, but a football career is short. You have to weigh everything against everything, but the first and foremost is the wellbeing of the player and that applies for the family.

West Ham have finally signed their new centre back.

Source: Silkeborg's official website

Silkeborg IF Invest A/S has informed the Copenhagen Stock Exchange this morning that the sale of Frederik Alves Ibsen has come a big step closer. The notice indicates that SIF has received information that the player’s individual conditions are met. Thus, the only residence and work permit for Frederik Alves Ibsen remains. The company expects this to fall into place before the end of the year, allowing the player to formally change clubs in January 2021.

A couple bits of transfer news from Ornstein:

  • Everton want Kean to continue at PSG
  • Loans will be prevalent in the January transfer window
  • Riedewald close to getting a new contract with Crystal Palace

Here at the national team I play, I have fun and I’m fine. The coach told me that the best solution for me is to play, at Chelsea or in another team, let’s wait for the next two months and see what will happen.

[Potential return to Italy?]
Unfortunately I’m not playing at Chelsea, but I’m calm, I think things can improve in London or in another place. There was some interest in me but not concrete things. I’d like to return to play in Italy but I can’t say if it will happen in January or in five years.

I understand the situation of the kid and Benfica’s. If the club wants to end the relationship, we’ll be here to collaborate because we want the good of the player. Benfica have the power to decide and it will be accepted by us. I will never be the one to push him or say that I don’t want him here, because I do.

It's Tuttosport, so don't take this too seriously, but Calhanoglu's agent is apparently approaching United about potentially signing the player on a free. Obviously, when agents approach us, we listen.

I would like to play in Serie A one day, but I have to be rational. At 27, I would only accept a real opportunity. A big club? Never say never. However in the past I already made the mistake of changing clubs and after that I promised myself that I would have not made any more rushed decisions. Finding a coach that believes in you, like Mancini did, is key. My childhood club? My parents bought me a Roberto Baggio's Inter kit with as a gift and I fell in love for the Nerazzurri. But those were only the passions of a young boy, now I am a professional.

There is a saying, "My dear wants heaven, but my sins do not leave." I also want Besiktas to get better players for success. We want to rejuvenate the team. I want a striker transfer. Cenk Tosun comes to the fore as a name. Cenk Tosun is with a club now, connected, but I would like to try it if there is a chance.

We always know of Beşiktaş’s interest. We know that if we go back to Turkey, there is a possibility of playing there. We thank the president for this interest. However, at the moment, Cenk does not think about leaving. He has a very good relationship with his coach, Ancelotti. His coach even sold three strikers for him. He trusts Cenk very much so Cenk will take his time there. We do not think Ancelotti will sell him. But if Everton get a star striker, if Cenk’s chances are lower, then a move can be considered, but there is no such thing for now. Everton also have no intention of giving up on him.

On his situation at Manchester United:

This is a period, the kind of which I have never experienced in my career. The French national team is a breath of fresh air… We are very happy to come here and all very happy to see each other again. It is not the same as with the club… We all group together, it is magical. We realise that everyone is happy to come and that makes a difference.

Yes but that quote is not what he said. Lots of players do interviews with the media when away, it's very common, not just pogba does it.
So i stand by my original post. Stfu and get your head down. He’s either the most misquoted player ever (in which case learn to keep your mouth shut) or playing the media. No sympathy

He basically admitted to not playing well and never mentioned the club in any of it though.

Someone's mind is already made up. You weren't technically wrong in that he spoke to the media, the rest of your post was a bit of a blunder though.
