I think a top side could pull it off but I'm not sure we're at that level yet. We certainly could vs the bottom 10 clubs but vs the top 6 I think we'd struggle.

Makes so much more sense to me than VDB or Grealish. CL winner, composed in midfield and an excellent passing range. Would complement Pogba and Bruno brilliantly from deep. Not to mention his winning mentality and hoardes of experience.

I think you can, Thiago has become pretty defensive as he's progressed. He tackles a lot and he intercepts a lot. Thiago - Pogba could be a modern version of Carrick - Scholes.
Fair enough, I've only really watched him in the champions league where Bayern tend to dominate anyway. He's obviously a top quality player but I still think it will be Liverpool.
